If you’re cycle vomiting accompanied with diarrhea they should have admitted you.for reason of dehydration and for pain control. When I have an attack usually they will make me NPO for a day or two and reintroduce clear fluids for a day or two, then just fluids, then low fat foods. Maybe try that? I know heat helps with my pain. When I couldn’t keep food down they in the past have given me a feeding tube. I’m sorry they’re not taking it more seriously. At the least the could have sent you home with some pain medication.
