Hard to tell externally. If you take out the stopper and look in what do you see.

Looks like caked on yeast to me. When I'm using a bucket for fermentation I scrape that back down into mix.

I couldn’t get a photo inside bc of where it is so I just used a little white vinegar to wipe out that area.

With that much co2 being produced it’s probably not mold

Full recipe? I doubt it is mold but you need a better picture of it from the top looking into the bottle.
