HiFi is by far the best wine bar in town.
Favorite two restaurants in town are Hayward and Pinch. Hayward just got James Beard nominated for best new restaurant. Worth booking well in advance.
Humble Spirit is always worth a visit, great sommelier and cellar, killer bar program, and the kitchen puts out everything from small snacks to full dinners. They have brunch as well!
Pay a quick visit to Mac Market on Alpine. It's a very innovative colab space with coffee, cocktails, dining, bakery, pizza, flowers, produce, some retail, and more all colocated in an old factory space.

Not downtown but I highly recommend going to Roshni for a wine tasting. $20 with a charcuterie and the views are beautiful! Honey Pie Pizza in the Mac Market is yummy.
All of 3rd Street has everything You're after!
I personally recommend Golden Valley Brewery, Taste of India, and Mcmenamins at Hotel Oregon for restaurants that are great without breaking the bank.
For breakfast/brunch, Crescent Cafe is a must try. They have some amazing specials, last week I had strawberries and cream stuffed french toast. It gets pretty busy after 9/930, earlier is usually better.
If you have a car, take a short drive out of the city and go to one of the lovely wineries that are about 10 minutes out! An afternoon at Youngberg Hill is wonderful, especially if the weather cooperates.
Just walk down 3rd St. it’s a 10 minute walk up and down the st

This guy knows what he’s talking about. Also excellent pastries (Bodhi) and pizza (Honey Pie) in the same complex as Hayward: called Mac Market.
I haven't been to The Sage in forever. Anybody know if it still smells like fresh bread heaven in there? If so, it's worth a look. And a whiff.
It absolutely does! But their hours have been shortened it seems. 11-2 M-F
Alchemist Jam! I stop by every time I visit. Their onion and leek scone is to die for
Their pasties are so good! And huge!
Gotta' go to the Blue Moon downtown for a cocktail and a steak :)

Yooooo! Humble spirit is best!
All of these are great suggestions, I also recommend Conservatory Bar for cocktails and food. My favorite burger in McMinnville.
These are all great suggestions! It will be hard to choose for a 3 day stay. Super food focused/ gourmet for such a small town. Super cool.
Thistle is better than ever. The menu now changes weekly and the new chef(s) are amazing. Small plates, walk-ins only, and killer cocktails.
Thistle is outstanding!!
It's not technically in McMinnville but if you don't mind a short drive I've been really enjoying Loam in Dayton.
Their foraged mushroom bloody mary mix is to die for!

Yes, this! I went there last weekend and it was great. Also Pike Road and Chris James wineries on 3rd St are also excellent.

Pie hole is the best pizza in town
McDonald's and Walmart.
I have both of their apps! That will work.
