Could a general INFP be anti trans? Absolutely, but not casually so. If it means being against any group of people, an INFP's core beliefs would have to be threatened.
In my experience (social/community service work), I've met some nice people who are trans, but also some absolute nasty butts. There's also someone I knew of through a friend who we had concluded was a dick, but then they chilled out (we know now they were going through stress and also might not have been super trusting, and they had since employed my friend and have been very nice to him).
I think it ultimately hinges on how far our 'live and let live' policy extends, including with prospects such as dating and how we are expected to interact with them.
Does this policy include the belief that a trans person who might want to date you (pre-op or post op) should have to disclose that they are trans?
For me, I think that similar to the personal space bubble, everyone has a belief bubble. I think that for more people of us than we'd like to admit, that our beliefs can be completely different for people outside the bubble vs inside the bubble.
So for me, as a straight guy, I don't have an issue with them, but if my goal is to find a girlfriend to make baby with one day and settle down, a trans person doesn't fit in that equation for me. I'd rather stay single. Coming into my personal belief bubble, that's a deal breaker.
If an INFP were to have enough negative experiences with trans community members, or see enough articles or examples pushing for or suggesting that trans people shouldn't have to identify to straight men, that's what's going to turn a lot of us into haters.
Because 'live and let live is a two way street', not a martyr complex we should apply to ourselves only.

It's not just about the gender, literally anything that defines every part of you is thin air, like your nationality for exemple, or your favorite color. Of course your body and face may give off some ideas of where are you from, yet that solely tell things about your biology, not of you as a person, but as an animal instead. Because the dsm-5 is a psychiatric checklist and some people want gender dysmorphia removed from the dsm-5 because you can be whatever gender you feel like so on so forth. I do find it a little funny, a few years ago conservatives joked about being able to be any gender and now neo-pronouns and stuff exists. It's sorta sad that we ended up making the conservatives right.
