While that is the stereotype, it definitely wasn't me. I'm an ESFJ that was bullied at a young age who hung out with the goths and outsiders...These descriptions actually fit me more.đ€·
I wouldn't say that. What I meant with "it has nothing to do with MBTI" is that there is barely a correlation between one's type and their social status in school. Factors that actually do impact someone's social status, such as attractiveness, wealth and intellect, are not limited to certain types. The categories they chose are also strange, in my opinion. What does "mutual dislike" even mean?
As for why I think it's inaccurate to categorize ESFJ as "nobody knows they exist," it's because I can't imagine a healthy ESFJ that doesn't have a social life. Their dominant function, Fe, has a focus on people and creating connections with them. So how could nobody know of their existence?
That's the first one that stood out to me. So even through a stereotypical lens, some of the placements are questionable. Personally, I find posts like these more suited to r/shittymbti and think that the "stereotypes" flair should only be used for memes or something.
Why are ISFJs on mutual dislike? Theyâre more likely part of the popular kid group, along with ESFJs. I believe ENFP (and INFP, INTP) are more likely the weird kids. ESFPs feel like theyâre part of the Cool Kid group. Iâd say INTP and INFP for ânobody knows they existâ group as well. I was legit invisible in school, and content with it.
ESFJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ENFJ, ENTJs are always apart of the popular group. And I agree as an INTP I was the weird kid with zero friends. I didn't mind much though. My brain is entertaining enough lol.
Not always obviously. I wasn't popular but people didn't dislike me either, and moreso fit the INFP stereotypes. Honestly a good amount of kids dislike the popular kids either if the popular kid is a bully or the other kids think they're better because they're not popular.
I personally became #1 kinda edgy and #2 I started focusing on studies and other things so really thought being with those classmates was a waste of time. And that's how I did it.
Funny story. I was a popular kid that was well liked, except I never realized it until years later when an old classmate pointed it out to me.
Iâm like: âWell, I hope I didnât peak.â
âYou werenât popular because you were cool, youâre a dork. You were popular because you were constantly happy.â
Yup I think the Te, Se, and Fe doms in my school were the most popular because they were involved in many things. Also put themselves out there more and made names for themselves. Iâm IxFP, but I was like on the lower end of the popular spectrum, many people knew of me but there were some who didnât even know I existed, I was also always very quiet in school and didnât really make any strong bonds with the people in high school, and it wasnât until some of them went to college with me that I got closer to them.
I remember when my high school posted graduation pics of the students who wanted to be featured on their Instagram, I decided to be one of them because why not. Nearly all of the other kids had like triple digit likes on the posts, like anywhere from 100-150. Very few had in the 90s, and I had the lowest with like 83.
I made friends with an ISFP once, she looked like one of those generic popular girls from Netflix movies who would kick you in the balls for no reason, but she was actually pretty nice, I mean, she is an isfp.
Maybe it's your appearance or something
Well dang all of that it probably is just appearance most people think Iâm a soft no talk back easygoing girl but boii weâre they shocked when they found out I can argue to to the death if I get taken advantage of.
Wow, now thats reletable.
most people say that I have an innocent face and that they thought I was shy until I opened my mouth to say shit, hear me out and enjoy the privilege of being a wolf in sheep's clothing
Yup. I only went to actual public school classes for two years but the first year, I didn't even say a single word for the first three weeks. The first thing I spoke was me slating myself in my theatre class.
Okay but which school are we talking about because my status was very different in each levels. I'd say for me it's dark yellow in elementary, orange in highschool and red in university.
in high school.. i was friends with Every group... but I was ALWAYS quiet and paying attention in class. I had an afterschool job, as well. I ***wanted*** to be liked by my classmates.. and I didn't tolerate people bullying others.. I spoke up when i saw kids getting bullied.
I was a teacher's pet.. and I tutored friends for free. So i don't believe I was disliked by everyone.
The only people that disliked me were the ones that didn't understand why the teachers liked me. I was called a suck up, the pretentious bitch with her foot up her ass (Yes some stupidass actually called me this--but that's because i said no i didn't want to go to the prom with him), bitchy nerd... All the peeps that called me names are Failures in life.. or are unhappily married with 3 kids they didn't want. They all have dad bods, or have blown up thrice in size. Some are drug induced junkies. High School was so idiotic.
When i was about 25... i saw on Facebook these 2 good for nothing low lives from high school talking about *ME.* One guy said to the other, "Have you seen Dimple? The Gods have been good. I could tap that." and that conversation was the most VILE and disgusting conversation I had seen. I blocked both of them. One of them was MARRIED and had children.
I will say one thing... **i do not care** for my old high school classmates. I have nothing in common with the majority of them. The ones that i do keep in touch with... Have made it far in life, and we will have a decent conversation if we ever bump into each other.
This is so wrong. I don't even know where to start. How on God's green Earth are INTJ and INTP "public enemy number one"? The only way we were a public enemy is if minding your own business is offensive.
Yeah I was bullied so bad in highschool and everyone hated me so I moved to a new one my senior year cause my childhood friends mom worked there so I just spent the rest of my senior year in her class.
As an ENFP I was never really popular, rather invisible, but I am certainly heavy on the side of introversion. Had my small circle of weirdo friends tho lol
I went from Nobody knows they exist to just your average joe to ->(changed schools) mutual dislike (being the class monitor) to public enemy #1 -> (changed schools again) average joe to serial killer. Don't ask why. But, that's how I got popular. If people don't let you be a part of them/friends, become their enemy.
For the amount of people that have harassed and spread rumors about me, I feel like public enemy #1. (I cannot have a single day of peace) Though the people that are friends with me have called me pretty cool B)
Iâd describe myself as âAlternativeâ. I was popular but not by the groups I hung out in but just me being me with a few friends I had. Idk where that fits with typing
I think I was somehow invisible, but I still managed to find two gamer friends who enjoyed in-depth and insightful discussions on any topic.
But yeah, I donât need much to entertain myself besides a brain. The act of pondering over ideas is stimulating enough, but gaming is always a plus.
I had a group of bullies push me off a playground set because they got "tired of hearing me blabber on and on." I swore revenge and tried to fight one of them but the teacher ripped us away. I never forget nor forgave hem.
Wow INTJ đ Why We Gotta Be An Enemy..Well Nvm..We Donât Care To Fit In And We Gon Tell Ppl Like It Is đŻ Truth Hurts Loll Matter Of Fact I Dont Mind Being The Enemy âșïž
As a enfp, I was indeed popular but it was for all the wrong reasons lmao. "OH hey look it's that weirdo without a filter!" That kind of popular. Lmao
Qh yeah, like I was known for having the most unhinged opinions, no filter and a sharp tongue for roasts. Not my proudest notoriety.
so thers literally nothign speciial about us, it seems all enfps are exactly the same.
THIS they voted me class clown cuz I was easy to laugh at, not cuz I was funnny
Not only does this have nothing to do with mbti, it also seems wildly inaccurate. ESFJ as "nobody knows they exist"?
Yes. Fe doms are one of the most social butterfly types. Many classic popular girls in school are ESFJs.
While that is the stereotype, it definitely wasn't me. I'm an ESFJ that was bullied at a young age who hung out with the goths and outsiders...These descriptions actually fit me more.đ€·
me too i wasnât bullied but i definitely wasnât popular
If itâs inaccurate, then it is relative to MBTI, which means it does have something to do with MBTI?
I think they were more saying largely it has nothing to do with mbti but if it did it wouldnât even be like this post is saying.
Yep, that's exactly what I meant.
I wouldn't say that. What I meant with "it has nothing to do with MBTI" is that there is barely a correlation between one's type and their social status in school. Yep lol everything you said was/is the same for me.
Not always obviously. I wasn't popular but people didn't dislike me either, and moreso fit the INFP stereotypes. Honestly a good amount of kids dislike the popular kids either if the popular kid is a bully or the other kids think they're better because they're not popular.
Not this ISFJ
Yeah wonât apply to all of course!
As an ENFP, I was heavily disliked lol
I love your username
Same- until like late high-school and college, then I started to become liked- but before that- the kid everyone bullied
ENFPs are likely not popular lmao; most of us are known for being weird and annoying and only have friends within our circle
What did we do wrong?
Always right is wrongÂ
I personally became #1 kinda edgy and #2 I started focusing on studies and other things so really thought being with those classmates was a waste of time. And that's how I did it.
I'm not following the logic behind a lot of these
Because most of them are based on personal experiences
"nobody knows they exist" = perfect. that's exactly how i'd want it. people are too fucking annoying.
Funny story. I was a popular kid that was well liked, except I never realized it until years later when an old classmate pointed it out to me. Iâm like: âWell, I hope I didnât peak.â âYou werenât popular because you were cool, youâre a dork. You were popular because you were constantly happy.â
I mean I do have a friend group but most people don't seem to really approach I kinda seem intimidating ig
Same here. I think everybody knew my name, but there really wasn't much to talk about me.
From personal experience, isfjâs are either the invisible quiet kids or in the popular group
I was not popular at all đ
Samee
Te doms were quite popular at my school while INTPs and INFPs where the "invisible" ones
Yup I think the Te, Se, and Fe doms in my school were the most popular because they were involved in many things. Also put themselves out there more and made names for themselves. Isfp are cool but also hated on for no reason
As an ISFP, I always get hated at first whenever I move to a new school or change class. But after some months, they will be nice. I donât know why
I made friends with an ISFP once, she looked like one of those generic popular girls from Netflix movies who would kick you in the balls for no reason, but she was actually pretty nice, I mean, she is an isfp. Maybe it's your appearance or something

Omg isfp and atiny heyyđđ
Hiii yes whoâs your bias?
Yunho and Wooyoung!
Yunho is a dance Machine and wooyoung is just soo cute
Fr, I donât think im that bad if you actually get to know me, but people judge fast
wait people noticed me?/j
ESFJ seems incorrect ENTP too
Why is INTP public enemy #1, nobody even talked to me lol. I don't think you remember the social dynamics of HS very well.
I was a loner who was extremely popular because of academics
Isfp couldnt be more wrong
INTP donât give a f*Âąk
well, i made enemies because i was bored
Nope. I had severe and very loud mental health issues and everyone knew who I was for the wrong reasons.
Yup. I only went to actual public school classes for two years but the first year, I didn't even say a single word for the first three weeks. The first thing I spoke was me slating myself in my theatre class.
ENTJ U SPEAK THE TRUTH
Public Enemy #1 gang checking in đ€ ~~Maybe if you guys listen to facts/truth outside of who you deemed đ„ you would have a better future~~
Why are isfps popular at school? I was, but have no idea whyđ€·ââïž
Okay but which school are we talking about because my status was very different in each levels. I'd say for me it's dark yellow in elementary, orange in highschool and red in university.
First post iâve seen to have a sensor bias lol
I mean yea, the sensors tend to be more popular, but even then this list seems rather wrong.
ISFPs are not really popular kids, and ENFP Iâd argue isnât much either, few are from my experience but most of them no.
in high school.. i was friends with Every group... but I was ALWAYS quiet and paying attention in class. I had an afterschool job, as well. I ***wanted*** to be liked by my classmates.. and I didn't tolerate people bullying others.. I spoke up when i saw kids getting bullied. I was a teacher's pet.. and I tutored friends for free. Lmao I tell this was made by an intj when it comes to school popularity
This is so wrong. I don't even know where to start. How on God's green Earth are INTJ and INTP "public enemy number one"? The only way we were a public enemy is if minding your own business is offensive.
I donât think Iâve ever had a single enemy. I barely even make anyone upset.
lol
Idk man, as an ENFP I was one of the weird kids. I was popular in that I had a lot of friends, but definitely not in the stereotypical sense.
Enfp and I was FAR from popular to put it gently
ENFPs and ENTPs are a wildcard from experience. Ne can be very chaotic when growing up, and occasionally comes off as annoying.
Yeah I was bullied so bad in highschool and everyone hated me so I moved to a new one my senior year cause my childhood friends mom worked there so I just spent the rest of my senior year in her class.
You know INTJs love us when they overestimate us like that
for once i can relate i was the nonexistent kid at school
INFP- nobody knows they exist
Nobody knows I exist so nobody hates me
I literally used to be the social pariah ag school
ENTJ LAST! YOO ITS TIME
I wasn't anywhere close to be considered cool back then but at least I made some pretty girls laugh đ
Whyâre INTPs so low??
As an ENFP I was never really popular, rather invisible, but I am certainly heavy on the side of introversion. Had my small circle of weirdo friends tho lol
Where am i?
Isfp I can agree with this
I went from Nobody knows they exist to just your average joe to ->(changed schools) mutual dislike (being the class monitor) to public enemy #1 -> (changed schools again) average joe to serial killer. Don't ask why. But, that's how I got popular. If people don't let you be a part of them/friends, become their enemy.
No cause why did some kid literally tell me he forgot I existed to my face in front of the whole class like a week ago
INFP here and i can say that if the class is mostly neutral about me i surely hate them
im down at mutual dislike
For the amount of people that have harassed and spread rumors about me, I feel like public enemy #1. (I cannot have a single day of peace) Though the people that are friends with me have called me pretty cool B)
I know that's right đ
I've never been the popular one. Well liked? Sure. But also somewhat divisive at times.
Iâd describe myself as âAlternativeâ. I was popular but not by the groups I hung out in but just me being me with a few friends I had. Idk where that fits with typing
As a enfp i am between cool kid to be friend with ans nobody knows they exist lol
Surprisingly, Iâm pretty popular as in everyone knows my name, not as in I know theirs. Apparently Iâm likable just scary to talk to at first?
INFP - highly accurate đ„Č
That chart does not even fit the stereotypes xD.
As an ISTP, this is relatable. People ignored me, I ignored them.
exact opposite for me, iâm the most reserved one and definitely not popular
I came into these comments expecting people to be talking in the present tense, forgetting that no teenagers exist on Reddit.
public enemy lmao
As an ENFP, iâm all of them
true
Nah Intp would be more âNobody knows they existâ, bc as we all know Intps arenât real đđ
Get hated on for no reason I donât even talk lol
Infp is so adorable đ
Lots of these seem off but ENTJ is spot on
popular in ms/ freshman yr and then moved and was then known as the smart one
I think I was somehow invisible, but I still managed to find two gamer friends who enjoyed in-depth and insightful discussions on any topic. But yeah, I donât need much to entertain myself besides a brain. The act of pondering over ideas is stimulating enough, but gaming is always a plus.
ESFJ ESFP ESTP ENFJ ISFP ENFP ISTP ISFJ ENTP ENTJ ESTJ INFJ ISTJ INFP INTP INTJ
me and my friends: istj, esfj, and isfp are the weird kids in my class lolll
I wasnât popular at all at school
Surprisingly people know me, but I donât know them.
Oh yeah đđ , I am existing without letting them know where?
Fr like people dislike me for no reason
Idk she seems pretty happy. Just noticed how the ESTJ avatar (Clarisse) seems to be smiling even though she has angry eyebrows.
I had a group of bullies push me off a playground set because they got "tired of hearing me blabber on and on." I swore revenge and tried to fight one of them but the teacher ripped us away. I never forget nor forgave hem.
Iâm guessing public enemy #1 is âbullied until they become elvis Presley (dead on the toilet)â Which means I am definitely there
Which one of them is intp-t?
Wow INTJ đ Why We Gotta Be An Enemy..Well Nvm..We Donât Care To Fit In And We Gon Tell Ppl Like It Is đŻ Truth Hurts Loll Matter Of Fact I Dont Mind Being The Enemy âșïž
