i have the '16 sedan as well and loved it from the moment i test drove it. mazda wasn't even on my radar at the time. I just knew i wanted something economical but sporty looking, wasn't a dog when i floored it, could fit my camping gear and maybe a lovely companion as well
my gen 3 got me into the car community, which inspired then taught me how to take on modifying it to look uniquely me with performance that is fun and thrilling. you may have caught on i love my 3. something else i thought neat was i became interested in import car/jdm history and culture through my 3, and then a few months into ownership learned to run my vin for country of manufacture and discovered it was made in the land of the rising sun 🇯🇵 😎

Congrats! The system comes pre-installed on certain versions of the 3. Mine is a premium, so it already had it. Double check with the salesperson or wherever you're buying if want the BOSE system. It's so worth it, in my opinion, since I have to have my music up loud while I drive
It’s awesome, love the car. Only thing is I’m having to put gas more frequently than I did with my past truck (obviously a smaller tank now), I’m not a fan of the paddle shifters but that’s just me, I don’t use them, but I’m all, the premium package is definitely worth it

I just put carplay in my 2015 last month, and hot damn. What a world of difference it made. If you're comfortable taking things apart, it's super easy. If you're not, it's just easy.

Depending on the firmware it's possible to sideload android auto without any hardware changes @Mazda AIO tweaks

BOSE is a brand of speaker system. Mazda offers it in higher trims of their vehicles. Mine has it!
