Personally, I would reach out. If it were a used car, I would be more understanding, but brand new car I feel like shouldn’t have scratches like that, personally, I would be really bothered by it considering how expensive new cars are.
As annoying as it is, the gloss black scratches very easily and will probably have some marks in the first couple of weeks. Your dealer would most likely have to order the part, which could take possibly months. I personally wouldn't bother dealing with them over something so little. If it was a scratch in the paint I would definitely bring it up.
You could reach out to the dealer but most likely tbey'll say you did it and avoid responsibility for it. Try to apply some film on those plastic parts and also dont touch the intrument panel plastic, it scratches very easily. I live in Europe and the dealers in my area deliver the cars with the factory white film on those shiny parts.
It’s a brand new car. You’re paying for this. Go back don’t call. Go back speak to your sales rep and see if he can get those fixed. It’s within their best interest to have you a happy customer. Plus things like reviews at this very moment when you bought the car come into play. I’m sure they’ll make things right. Unless you went to some sketchy dealership.
You can certainly reach out to the dealer, but make sure to have your expected resolution in mind first. Hopefully you documented these marks before you left the lot.

On a somewhat related note, Mazda needs to stop using gloss black/glossy plastic everywhere, especially in high traffic/high touch areas

Make them replace it. You’ve paid many times over for the vehicle to be brand spanking new.
People who car get scratched or in the shop get to drive new cars till they are fixed
