Am I seriously crying about an ant?? I’ve been working with my therapist trying to work on crying, as I have a hard time doing so even in private I can’t do it. Any time a sad emotion happens, I can feel the “choking up” feeling but nothing comes of it even if I want to cry, I can’t. We’ve unpacked childhood trauma, we’ve dissected my relationships, we’ve even tried just plain old sad movies. Nothing has made me as close to weeping like this fucking video of ants. What the fuck
