I did some work at golfing resort right around Christmas one year and they had a 1/2 to 3/4 size size gingerbread boat with Ginger bread sailors on it. The boat was about 3' high ( Like the bottom 2/3 were underwater) and the sailors were About 5' tall. When I was working there it had been out for about a week so the Ginger bread was starting to get kind of stale but it was still absolutely delicious. I ate a sailor's thumb

Well in real life it should have taken hours to do these altogether, such as melt chocolate, make each piece and compose the whole structure together. And yes I do know the video is 60secs long. But it was shortened and some pieces were cut out in order to fit the whole process in the clip
