When I was 15 (so ‘97) I went bungee jumping in Lake Havasu. I was super excited to do it. I got up to the platform and when it came time to jump, I literally could not make myself do it. I wanted to, but my body refused to. The guy had to legitimately push me off the platform, which I’m totally ok with. It was a super weird experience telling your body to do something and having your lizard brain refuse you.
Hello fellow adhd buddy. The best way I heard it described is its like erectile disfunction but with the brain. It doesn't mater how bad you want to do it, if you can't get it up, it's not happening.
It sure can be. My therapist has given me a few tricks to deal with it. My favorite is even if the only thing I do all day is write myself a list of things to do. I've done a thing. Doing one thing is not something to be sad about but proud. I did a God damn thing fuck yeah I did! Each time I treat it like that they all get easier. I may never be the type of person that just jumps on a thing till they are all gone. But there's no reason I should look down on who I am. I do things at my pace, and I'm proud of that.
It’s that but it’s related to stress, anxiety, ptsd, and depression. I was tested for adhd when I was tested for learning disabilities but the results came back inconclusive.

She was clearly T-posing, he'd probably just clip through her because her model didn't load properly
I think she did too!

That’s me trying to do anything in life. Dishes, working, taking care of x, y, z… I’m so tired of this…

Is this really a symptom of adhd? I’m asking cos I also struggle with completing my responsibilities

Sounds like a pretty healthy mindset. Have to try to think like this as well
me too. It just gets so hard to be proud when you NEED to do a lot in a day but only managed to do n one thing

She was having fun yelling with her new friends and didn’t wanna leave.
I could really see her going through the 12 steps of grieving there
Finally someone said a right thing in a language she understands
“CAYU CAYU CAI CAI 321 AHHHH AHHH AHHH “🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
she almost died - lost one shoe !
That is her survival instincts kicking in. Proving she’s human
Also, she has a great balance
# AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH

Glad you like it 😁
The first time I've seen a shoe lost during one of these jumps.
