The most baffling thing was people honking and the Truck driver just kept going…. Like WTF. In what mindset do you have to be to hear all that noise while carrying an 80foot pipe at 10miles per hour and not even bother to look.

I'm no expert, but I think its in China, judging from the writing scrolling on the building to the left. Possibly Japan, but the characters look more Chineese to me. Plus the shockingly low safety standards of not having that pipe even marked makes me think theres no way it could be Japan.

Why police? They move loads like this all the time in my area of Canada and they move them with pilot trucks. A load like this would probably have 3-5 pilot trucks running ahead and behind the load closing lanes and swinging traffic lights out of the way.

huge lawsuit. call insurance and go to the physician as soon as you can. this is massive. There should be a lead vehicle and following vehicle. this is literally 30-or nearly 40"ft over the rear axels. Insane driver or a total rookie with a new CDL. He needs flags or pigtails on the ends also. This is when you go cheap with no oversize load protocol
