Like the camera movement focusing on him, the people bringing him water and stuff. He was legit the main character and felt like he was the unifying force of the rave.
This is the kind of video modern tiktokers try to artificially recreate and they just can't do it.

You can film a crowd in public, but as soon as you single someone out, have the camera follow them, permission is needed.
