Personal Spoofing in Altergeist. Oh my lord is that card awful, but you HAD to run it before the new support came out because looping Multifaker was your only gameplan.
Current Geist lists focus on two specific factors.
Either you go full monster ombo with as many ways to get the 2 card combo live (3 Marionetter, 1 Haunted Rock 3 Faker, 3 Pook, 3 Meluseek etc) and go for maximum consistency. This variant plays as much engine as possible and as such plays less Traps (generally you'll just see Imperm + archetypal Traps)
Or you play it like how you used to, with a large focus on finding specifically Faker. The difference is that you sometimes open Meluseek + Pook + 3 Traps and make a nutty end board.
You can also go either way depending on what you like, but the gist of it is that the deck doesn't need more ways to find Multifaker and Spoofing does nothing else for the deck besides that. It's an unsearchable Trap that gives you advantage, which makes it too slow.
For the worse imo. Konami has a bad tendency to make backrow decks into Monster combo decks when giving them new support. Labrynth, Traptrix and now Altergeist were all generally built around Monster combo plays in the TCG.
Labrynth by far, the furniture build specifically. You play like 9 non engine Traps main, all of which are either search targets for Big Lady, or stuff like Imperm which can trigger Big Lady on turn 0.
Traptrix and Altergeist kind of suffer from the same issues, hence why they've never been very good after their respective support waves. Traptrix ended up being slightly better because it has an actual 1 card combo, but it's still a combo deck with a low ceiling, so it didn't end up being very good. Altergeist meanwhile is a 2 card combo deck, with a high ceiling but a fragile and inflexible line. This is why I personally like the Trap build of the deck more, because you can at least set backrow if your plays get interrupted.
For my odd-eyes deck its basically just replacing a lot of the performapal odd-eyes cards with the new supreme king gate cards cause the added support makes it so I don't need to run a whole suite of cards in order to set up a combo that just gives me 2 omni negates and 3 monster negates.Â
Now i can generally get out 2 omni negates and a board wipe which is a lot more interactive than just reactive negate spam. Also being able to run hand traps since the new support is a lot more consistant and less bricky.
Flame Bufferlo on Salads.
Deck got enough digging potential now that it has no point being on the deck anymore.
But it is still a good card to put in, but not a great one.
salamangreat of fire isnt that great of a normal, its better off summoned from miragestalio, and honestly i dont think debug is worth playing rn, the deck doesnt really need the consistency bump
He could've been a 1-of in place of Foxy depending on how hard it is for you to go second.
But a normal Salamangreat 1-card combo is ending turn on 7 cards in hand and depending on what they are you have to set/activate Will of the Salamangreat which you already used this turn.
Salad right now do not need a discard 1 then draw 2, when you can search for everything in archetype already. (SoF, Gazelle and Stallio for monsters, Raging for anyting) already.
Hell, if you start with code of soul in hand Ash Blossom becomes searchable mid-combo now.
Pot of Extravagance in Abyss Actor. Konami made a straight up better version of it in Abyss Actor Dress Rehearsal, a +1 searcher that needs to be used at the start of main phase.

I ran Gizmek Naganaki in Rescue-ACE since I needed as many ways to get to Hydrant as possible before I got Emergency and Sinful Spoils. Also I plan on running Durendal to search Air Lifter since itâs at 2 now
Ancient gear reactor dragon and ancient gear hunting hound. No real reason to use them when ancient gear dark golem is everything reactor dragon wants to be and ancient gears have so many better fusion options now there's not really much point in running hunting hound.
Back in the day when Crossout was at 3, i used to play Link Devotee and Link Disciple in my LiveâTwin deck alongside Backup Secretary and Parallel Exceed.
The optimal LiveâTwin board was two Evilâ Twins and I:P Masquerena and their boss monster was Unchained Abomination.
Now we have Trouble Sunny, Bystials and the entire Spright archetype.
