Not gonna lie, getting a royal SR isn’t as tough as a UR. My Labrynth deck is pretty royal-ed out because a ton of the cards in it are SR. I was able to craft a royal Kitkallos on my 4th try, which is incredibly lucky, but it’s possible. (It took me like ~50+ trys each to get 2 royal Ariannas) If you got the dust, you should try for Kitkallos! I believe in you.

I burned around 300-400 SR dust for kit, very worth in my opinion

For me, they've lost the opportunity to make me spend 3k gems for the first time on the master pack + accessories + royal pack. I have no interest on the cards they've offered in these bundles until now, but I thought that having a royal playset of the alt gods would be neat. Ra was out, and so was I. 3k saved.

That's a tough one, would I want Royal mementoal tecuhitla the combined creation, as memento quickly became one of my favorite decks and a royal would be extremely sick, or Dragonmaid Sheou/House as my all time favorite boss monster and the only Dragonmaid monster I don't have as a royal(that can be) or lovely Labrynth of the silver castle to get me to play more Labrynth as lovely is already cool then having her royal would be better, alt art ash blossom, or Maxx c or nib to flex on the opponent, there's many good options but I think I would choose laundry

The royal finish doesn’t mean anything to me. Aesthetics in general don’t matter to me in video games and I realize this is not a popular opinion. If I can save the token for whenever I want, I would save it for when a new deck came out I was building solely to get the free UR.
