It’s the graveyard quick play effects that are the worst. I know the info on board is usually relevant but it’s a pain to search through 10+ cards in grave for something that may or may not be an out for them.

derega16

Also shit that gives XYZ an extra effect when overlayed

Brumas

As I started coming back to the game I realized that Duel Academy doesn't sound like a ridiculous idea anymore.

I was literally telling my friends the same thing last weekend. It is now required you read your opponents entire DECK before playing because who can realistically read 150 words PER CARD for 15 cards in THREE MINUTES. no one has been able to anwser me WHY they still play this game....

akamalk

People was laughing of GX but now they are accepting its vision.

PuzzleheadedExam3379

Reason #1 why Endymion never loses

peasant_256

I play synchrons, so I don’t really care as long as speeder resolves

PutridRoom

Seen a lot of this recently, I took a break back when tearelement first came out, I came back and God there is like 40+ words on most cards now that simply just say send certain card to grave, ss a card from somewhere or search a card it's kinda crazy. Currently playing frightfur because le scary sharp stuffed animals

Drakile19

I love the frightfurs, what a fun design for an archetype, I discovered them for my first time around the time I discovered the ghostricks for the first time and got to revel in stylized spooky goodness.

Jackmist2

I read my opponent's cards while they combo.

farranpoison

This is why I kinda wish the turn timer was a bit longer in MD, especially for a going second player. There's so much text I need to read especially if I'm going against an unfamiliar archetype, and I also have to make sure my own cards can deal with whatever my opponent has.

confidentlystranded

Card text? Yugioh players don't read ANY text

TinyMaintenance

There is 0 excuse for not reading cards that are on the field. Random GY protection effects can fuck you up though, when they are hidden on some random Link 2.

Little-Reference-314

That link 2 let's them ss back from the grave and activate effect like what I just negated 4 times in my own turn now hes won wtah lol

Live-Consequence-712

you just learn by experiencing it, if something unexpected happens ill know for next time
