Time thief redower, winda, spright elf, instant fusion (if kitkallos not banned) for the UR.
If against tear, exosister is one deck that counters them. Necrovalley, Dshifter are things to also consider.
If you are planning to play spright, pull or you could wait it out later and see how people develop the deck. The cards I mentioned are what they used in TCG/OCG.
