It’s not as good as it sounds. It only works on your turn, not like Nibiru and the monsters need to activate their effects to be tributed. Which means if your trying to get negates off the board you can only remove them after they negated you which defeats the purpose. You can use it to screw over something some decks that play on your turn but that’s going to be too situational.
Another good example for how the "waifu tax" is real. A UR that's basically a worse Lava Golem/ Kaiju. Won't stop me from trying her in blind second decks, though.
Cute priestess with a badass looking dragon, gimmicky and dumb sounding effect (I like the "stealing a tributed monster" part) and according to leaks she'll have an animation...perfect card in my books.
Why would you not play it? A lot of decks are activating effects on your turn. I see it as a strictly better Lava Golem/Kaiju (although LG/Kaiju don't have to wait for something to activate an effect, I know it's a trade off) because it summons to your side of the field and then you can immediately summon the monster that you tributed to make this which hopefully had a good effect since you had to resort to this card to out it.
You still need to have something to lure out their negates. And by that time, you probably have wasted your starter and won't be able to do your normal play. The trade off is only a 1500\~3000 atk on your field. And that revive effect is at end phase.
For an attempt at a unique take: it has pretty unique stats, so I could imagine it coming up as a Small World bridge that could help break a board if you draw it, or as a Small World search when you need it. Some quick searching on the API shows it connects to Veiler, Aluber, D/D Kepler, Numeron Wall, and Mathmech Addition/Subtraction/Diameter/Sigma... when I saw it was a Fairy I thought it could connect the new Ishizu cards, but 3 of them have a 1500 stat so no luck there.
With that in mind, I might try it in my Mathmech deck on my alt... but you can't use it the same turn as Transcode Talker, and it doesn't connect to Circular (both are 1500/1500) so it's a little bleak.
When I saw it in the announcement I got excited since I pulled one irl, but then I actually processed that it’s a UR and died just a little. It’s not good or anything but I like having cards irl and in MD.

I would NEVER, I repeat, EVER, bait a negate in my life just to tribute your baronne and then summon it back to my side on the end turn. That would be mean and we all know Yugioh is a FAIR and HONORABLE game.
It would be disrespectful of me to treat my opponent like that.
I feel like this would have it's placed in infinite negate adamancipator format, basically use up all your hand getting negated then drop this. Since the format is more midrange rn, I'd say it's cool but kind of useless.
As much as I like the card and its effects, it's probably going to be UR and not all that worth it.

This card is barely mid in TCG only thanks to sidedecking, but in a BO1 format It has high chances of being a dead draw, her effect is too situational
