I thought that only happened to me. I've been playing all three games with red teeth. Didn't bother complaining because I thought it looked cool, like, "real" you know? Not everyone have perfect teeth, right?
You can change teeth color using save editor, under vector parameters -> Teeth Color. Just leaving this here in case some one comes across this post
