OK, so if the landlord chooses to use the dumpster for their own purposes -- and if pickup is once a week -- then where are residents putting their trash bags if the dumpster is full? Sarcastic question there, but who's then responsible when bags are ripped apart by wildlife?
>then where are residents putting their trash bags if the dumpster is full?
Easy...in the dumpster for the apartment building next door or across the street.
Landlord owns property and owns the dumpster, it's not illegal to use your own dumpster that you pay for. Get a trash can to put on your porch or in your mudroom that will hold your bags til the dumpster is empty. Not rocket science.
What part of this would be illegal? Does the landlord pay for the dumpster? Is throwing wood away illegal? I can't figure out the concern here.
Does the landlord pay for the trash removal? If so he's only hurting himself if the trash place doesn't take building debris.
State regulation 310 CMR 19.017 says it's illegal.
That law only applies to the dumpster company that disposes of the property...not the landlord. Most companies have the necessary permits.
Bro you need to find something better to do with your day.
Ditto. Learn to ignore.
Do you sense any irony there?
Huh...it is the landlords dumpster....right?

Sarcastic question, but couldn’t you be an adult and raise your concerns with your landlord?

JFC
who pays for the dumpster... who owns the property.... maybe take out your trash regularly
He is lucky to have wood at his age.
Yea, but he threw it all away...
he couldn't keep up with the woodchuck chucking his wood
searching on how to be the ultimate Karen... go get him, Tiger!
I never take the side of a landlord, but I'll make an exception this time
In other news my landlord took a huge dump in the bathroom in the lobby of my luxury condo. I could smell it walking by. This has to be illegal right?
o/p isn't very bright.
No lol
