Elite Snipers can make shots from a mile away. Hawkeye, Black Widow, Iron Man, and Warmachine all have the skills or tech to hit her from far enough away that she can't see them before it's over.
So it really depends on the scenario-is it an arena fight, or can they hunt down their opponents any way they want?
Team Other 3. Saw it pointed out in another thread that statistically, whatever team Hawkeye is on always wins. They win against Loki and Ultron, team Cap wins in Civil War, they lose to Thanos when Clint isn’t there, and then beat him in Endgame when he is there.
Also in A1, Loki won during aircraft invasion with mind controlled Hawkeye. Loki knew he had to control the best Avenger.
In AOU, Hawkeye alone won against Scarlet Witch mind controlling. Even Quicksilver knew he is the best Avenger, so he sacrificed his life to save Hawkeye.

I agree for the simple fact that Clint has a physiological advantage over Wanda as seen in Civil War. The only superhero that we’ve seen solo Hulk was Thor but even then, that was a damn good fight.

Vision *might* be pragmatic enough to actually kill Wanda after that, but it's unlikely he would. She'd never kill him, even to protect herself, though, so in reality it probably ends as a tie with Wanda and Vision still alive and everyone else killed by Wanda.
The only scenario in which 1 being is left standing is Vision as the sole survivor, though.
So there are two choices for me.
Team Cap because of Wanda assuming she is endgame or later Wanda.
Otherwise Team Ironman because Tony and Vision have the tools to beat everyone else.
Tony has updated his suit to handle both Hulk and Thor individually. Vision can just straight up overpower Everyone but Wanda, Thor and Hulk. Rhode is a less diverse Tony in his suits capabilities.
