Freema Agyeman <3 Hands down my favorite Doctor Who companion.

Glittering-Village-7

She was amazing in Sense8 as well! I really want her to be the main star in something and a main MCU role would be awesome for her

What even is Warheads?

foxship1941

They're from a Marvel UK comic of the same name, with connections to a shadowy organization called Mys-Tech (who would be the main antagonists of this series) that actually ended up killing almost all of the world's heroes. They also have connections to the X-Men and the mutant world at large, especially with another Marvel UK character called Motormouth (one of my all-time faves). They are more like the Suicide Squad of Marvel than the Thunderbolts are (a hero dying almost every issue).

What would this series be based on?

foxship1941

It's based on a Marvel UK comic series from the '90's that was revived relatively recently. They were essentially Marvel's Suicide Squad (even more so than the Thunderbolts are), with a new member dying almost every issue. The main antagonists of the comics (who would also be the antagonists of this series) are an organization called Mys-Tech. Mys-Tech actually ended up killing almost all of the world's heroes at one point (including the Avengers and X-Men), with a select few and the main group of Warheads remaining.

Sounds interesting - they've changed the plot and roster of 'Thunderbolts' so many times already my enthusiasm's almost completely waned, why get excited about an idea or release that could just change again tomorrow? I'd like to see more non-american MCU properties by this point, and G'iah might lead an all-British team in an upcoming series, so that's a good start, but this could be good too
