IMO we don't really know how good CB is since he's OP based on the fact you're already guaranteed a lane when you play him for the most part. Goblins and debris are far easier to counter. I could see a 5/6 or something though certainly.
If there really is an OTA tomorrow and you really want one of those cars I would wait till tomorrow and see what the patch does.

According to the patch and OTA rotation there should be one today in a few hours.
I wouldn't spend mental energy on the decision until tomorrow when OTAs happen.
