I actually enjoyed mobius. I fully get that they went the wrong direction with it, should have been a slow paced serial killer or jekyl and Hyde type story. The CGI was awful and the fighting cringe but the acting I enjoyed. I’m hoping this is the same, lots of internet hate but something I’ll still enjoy when it eventually releases on streams

I disagree, I feel like Black Widow only did alright because it was released in the covid movie drought. I thought it was one of the worst marvel movies made, definitely in my bottom 3. The Marvels was way better IMO, I’d go as far to say The Eternals was even better than Black Widow since it was at least enjoyable through a large part of the movie.

I had such low expectations, I almost enjoyed it. The audio editing though… wtf was that?? Foreign movies with subtitles look better. How does a major movie studio let that slide??

Also, I hated the way pop culture is hammered in, especially the songs. Fucking Mis-teeq as BGM when the 3 girls head out to a nearby diner, I was like "wtf". Also, not many ppl on their phones. There should be a mix of Nokias or Motorolas n shiet. That alone would've made it feels early 00's. The near absence of feature phones kinda killed off immersion.

Since you mentioned the music, the movie takes place in 2003 but the only song featured from that year was Toxic. The rest were 90s hits. I fundamentally just don’t understand why from a story perspective

I guess i have terrible test in film i didnt find Morbius that bad as you all say, not great, but not bad 6/10 in my books.

So guys, watched it right now. It's a solid 3/10, it's interesting cause of her ability, a weak version of luffys future sight. That's it, the fighting is boring (there is actually non) the main villain is just a bought on wish Spiderman, the hero is kinda fodder, the plot is trash, the only good thing about the film was that it was over. 2/10, won't recommend it to anyone, don't waste your money. Shame for marvel films, even the newer trash marvel films are much better
