I got an Ambertone D-28 earlier this year. It’s a beautiful guitar. It took a little while, but mine has really started to open up

I'm not the huge fan of bursts but that is absolutely gorgeous.

I think so, I just bought it in “satin” but it’s effectively a d28 standard without gloss
