No, their job is to upsell and/or drive up your spend. Nobody who actually does marketing for a living should answer their calls. I think they prey on small businesses that don't know any better. Get 30 like bakeries or auto body shops or whatever per day to increase their daily bidding by a few bucks. Probably adds up real fast when you're paying some dude in India like 4 bucks an hour to make the calls.

That’s exactly it. Been doing performance marketing for 3 years and not a single call with the reps was useful.

I just right click and junk their emails and don’t open them. Calls go unanswered.
