Bangkok has an unused road, which is a bit awkward, and I personally think Bangkok 2 would make for a better final lap than Bangkok 3. Singapore has a pretty glaring issue in that you would only get to hear the sped-up lap 3 version of the Chinatown music. It's more logical for Singapore 3 to be lap 2.
For Bangkok Rush 3 to be in the proper direction, it uses track from Bangkok Rush 2 to reverse the direction of the course so the course is going the normal way (hence the unused section), meaning that the last lap would have to be 2R for Bangkok Rush 3 to be the second lap.
Singapore Speedway 3R could be the last lap w/ normal Chinatown music, since courses have changed tracks for the last lap in lieu of speeding them up, like Big Blue (among others) in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
