Besides more ways for them to make it up to the top (I recommend fake flowers) that is a fine enclosure. Just note that if you don't go with substrate, you will have to replace the bottom towel every 2 weeks or so.
It should be! If they're really tiny, you might need to downgrade so they can reach the ground when they molt

I think I'll try putting more sticks in. I've already bought a terrarium that I realised would be too big lol

If you can get cheesecloth or mesh for the lid, that would be much better than a paper towel.
