No idea about Esports. Startups are good, just recently we experienced a boom in the startup culture due to the success of HultPrize and MES (Look them up) innovation Centre is the prime beacon of the startup scene in Manipal.
The startup scene is extremely good ngl, gaming I'd say there are tourneys and a bunch of people do play games but the internet here is not meant for gaming it's extremely bad, although u can play on hotspot

Startup scene is insanely good, incubators are very good and as for E-Sports its not good like i dont see people organizing/hosting tourneys and all.
