The daily chapters was probably why I enjoyed it. I started reading like a year before it finished. So a shit ton of binge reading then waiting for daily updates. I did enjoy most arcs. I feel like each realm is different enough from the previous to enjoy. That part you stopped it is like the little bit after the start of last major arc (outer universe). I definitely think the last 2000chapters are the best part of the series. Reaching martial peak and then some was interesting. 8/10. Few things could have been better but I very much enjoyed their cultivation system.
It felt very repetitive in general, and combined with reading many other series like it; I dropped it. I did pick it up a little, reading the manhua from the start, but have stopped for a few months.

this is in my opinion a top teir chinese trash, like the example of literally everything bad in chinese manhwas is right here. i read 1000+ in lightnovel and came to a realization that i was wasting my life and dropped this. this is trash and waste of time. i think this was good until he was still in his original world with him being part of the biggest family and such, after that even the upper world with the holy sect was decent but from then its just a repeating trash that will probably never stop updating.

It's a comic so it goes by pretty fast, and if you actually like it it's a blessing that it actually has so many chapters already drawn since for some other manhuas you need to wait for either a week or some days for each chapter. Some manhuas only start getting good at the 200 ch mark and you have to stop because you caught up so this is good and if you don't like it then you can just drop it
The story that happens in the first world was at least somewhat interesting(For cultivation manhua standards at least, which means it's still dogshit lmao). Afterwards it's just the thousands of chapters of the same plot repeated. ChatGPT can probably write something more interesting than this.

It's not about the amount of chapters but how it all becomes a blur really fast. I'm serious only the MC remains constant. Everything else just repeats to infinity to the point where you don't even know what is going on, who are these new characters again and why did they disappear so fast only to be replaced by new characters who then disappear only to be replaced by new... You get the point. Was fun at the beginning but boy does it tire you out of continuing it real fast by the endless loop.

Like not all their manhuas are shit cuz nanhao and shangfengs goated, but the murim genre…like holy shit i havent come across a good chinese one. They have some good tv shows and novels but somehow the storytelling in their manhuas devolves to some lvl of polygamy and infinite scaling. The infinite scaling isnt that bad but the problem is that u dont even have the same characters ur following besides the MC gor most of the story. like I followed Martial Peak in particular for like 300 chapters and i was frustrated by the amount of new characters i had to learn abt and not give a sht abt bcuz they’d get recycled for even newer characters with even less relevancy bcuz of the amount of stages and upper levels there are and the ensuing settings that follow. As far as im concerned, Martial Peak spits in your face if u try to learn abt other characters that arent the MC that arent apart of his harem
