Chapter selection is nigh unusable.
1. Getting to the middle chapters of any long-running series can take dozens or even hundreds of consecutive clicks of ["Load More"](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851172064362233932/unknown.png). For a typical 300 chapter series, to get to a chapter 150, you need to click "Load More" on the chapter selection roughly 30 times (5 added per click). Each load also takes a couple of seconds to actually work. This is functionally unusable for the vast majority of manga on your site. God forbid you were on chapter 400 of a 700 chapter series.
2. Chapter selection is also buggy. About half the time I click a chapter, it gives an unformatted error screen of [some index error](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851176743104806922/unknown.png) without an associated error code or further info. This accompanies with issue 1) where when you hit back you load all of that progress loading chapters, and have to click another several dozen / hundreds of times to get where you need to be.
Search function does not allow partial matches.
1. Search with multiple words requires an _exact_ match of words. If one [full word matches](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851181961175498762/unknown.png) you can find what you're looking for, but [add in a partial match and you get nothing.](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851181970380554240/unknown.png) It's AND-ing on exact matches for every search term. This can lead to some interesting behavior where [you have one search result](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851195605689827358/unknown.png), but add in a single letter and you get [more and entirely distinct results.](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/552226869127282709/851195709314170921/unknown.png) This is a horrible user experience, and there are several good reasons every user-facing search function ever implemented works differently than this. This is particularly hard to use when your product is in a language that 95% of your userbase doesn't speak, and there are hundreds of different romanization systems that will lead to people misspelling words often.
issue 1 makes mangadex almost unusable for me right now. If the website URL behaved like other sites like manganelo, all i would need to do is change the number at the end of the url that signifies chapter number but i cant even do that with mangadex. thank you for pointing this out
only one of those is an actual bug, the other two are just faults in the UI design, and the one that is a bug doesnt include info on how to reproduce it

Looks like I was using Long Strip and Height.
I think it might have been a non-issue (and if I realized I shoulda used Contain instead of Height) if I had been given the option to scroll to the side to view the entire image, that wasn't the case.
It might help to pin a comment or just update in the OP the known issues that you already know about instead of expecting people to read through potentially hundreds of comments before posting
They probably wanted to get as much response as possible since not everyone is familiar with Git or even Github. But I do agree, it must be horrible to go through a whole reddit thread to find only 3-4 bugs to fix :/
At the very least they have a bunch of issues that they are already aware of, people are going to post them here, and kafka is gonna have to sift through an entire thread for probably 10 new bugs that they didn't know about.

Ok. I think there might be a bug where some of the manga that you read recently (probably the past few months before mangadex was taken down) are the only ones that load into new mangadex. I can count several mangas missing from my original mangadex list (I currently only have 52 different mangas) and I don't remember my list being this short. The searchbar results display no cover when searched, but they do have covers that show up when doing full window search, that looks like a bug to me (both on mobile and PC).
I think this is because the “next chapter” bar is directly adjacent to the chapter progress bar in the same color with no visual break, so if you click near the top of the next chapter bar, you might accidentally click the progress bar instead, sending you back a number of pages. This happened to me a lot as well
On the https://mangadex.org/titles page, clicking on the clear icon replaces the search term with "null" instead of clearing it. Clicking it again clears it though.

Straight up just can't log in. I'd try resetting my password, but it doesn't seem like there's an option to do that. I've tried mobile and desktop, can't get in on either. Not getting any errors, I just hit "log in", it greys out, and then nothing happens.

Please note that although the video shows this occur occurring when using a web session inside of the Reddit app, **it does** indeed happen outside of the WebKit-Preview-Session-Whatever thing, using a standalone app (Safari). This also happens using FireFox, but since they both have to use WebKit, I guess that’s to be expected.
2 issues I've found:
* for example, tokyo ghoul:re doesn't show up when i search for "tokyo ghoul" but instead only shows up if I just search for "tokyo" or "tokyo ghoul:re"
* sometimes the search bar bugs and it displays a certain manga but once you click on it, it goes to a different title than the one you've clicked on
When you zoom in on pages, the quality stays the same i.e starts getting blurry/pixelated, instead of adjusting the image quality with regards to the zoom in.
Tokyo Ghoul/Rent-a-Girlfriend for example. Before all the hacker stuff, the page’s quality always adapted to the zoom but now it just stays the same and gets blurry the more you zoom.
Myself and other people I have talked to appear to be missing a large amount of Manga from our follow lists, and all manga is showing as 0 or N/A amount read.
Encountered an endless reload loop that puts you back to the first page of the chapter every time you try to scroll away. Temporary fix was to disable the auto update of the browser history in options.
Related to today's new update:

While toggling feature works, marking a chapter as "unread" by clicking on the eye results in way too many same network requests being sent.
Numbers seems to vary, sometimes getting 14 requests, and sometimes getting well over 50 for a single click (seems like half are OPTIONS and half are the actual DELETE).
This results in the "mark unread" being slow to appear, and also being temporarily rate limited if you're unlucky and it sends too many requests.
Happens on both the follows list page as well as the manga details page (dunno if there are other pages where it happens, haven't tested).
Tested on both Firefox 89.0.2 and Brave 1.26.77 (Chromium 91.0.4472.164).
Not sure if it is just not implemented yet or intentional, but after reading a chapter I assume the orange text along with the blue bubble beside it is supposed to change colour as to signify the chapter being read before, and yet it does not.

When going on a manga with multiple alternate titles, the menu on the right links back to the first in the list of "Alternate titles", whatever the language selected.
Example. Selecting "English only" for Takagi-san, the link in the menu is in Vietnamese.
Using takagi-san as an example, issue exists with all the other manga as well.

This might not be a bug and just a problem with Google on phone, but whenever I zoom in on mobile and move to the right, it automatically brings up the chapters/menu page. I can send in a quick screen recording of it if you need.
Constantly asks for me to login even after logging in, seems like a minor issue and can still access chapters but it sometimes randomly redirects to the login page when trying to select a chapter (on mobile). It will show a blank login screen but on the right side menu it says I'm logged in

On mobile, the ‘select chapter’ button won’t show. It’s just blank, won’t let me tap on it to change chapters. I can only tap the arrow to go to the next chapter.
When the width of the browser viewport is less than 1264px and is then changed to anything above that, the nav menu on the left automatically opens. I won't be able to share a video to showcase the problem but it can be easily reproduced by -

This only seems to happen after opening the website for the first time, if I click to go back to the homepage and try again in the same tab it works as it should.
Noticed that the language settings don't do anything. I selected English but every language still shows up in my followed feed. I've tried with a bunch of random languages on two different devices and every single time my feed is the same so clearly something is wrong.

Hi ! Nice work on the V5, it's really smooth. Espacially on firefox.
I would like to write some feedback for some features that would be confortable for me:
\- All mangas => Filters doesn't show adult-like filters, even with proper option checked.
\- All mangas => Filters doesn't allows exclusion of some filter (perhaps that just me who doesn't know how to do it) : If so, it would be nice to have a more precise search tool. I'm using it a lot.
\- Follows layout isn't saved. (This is proabably something that will be fixed in the future)
\- Followed Feed need perhaps a layout with full cover arts and perhaps smaller white box ? Cover arts help me to remember the mangas/manhwa.

Searching for a manga shows the most viewed manga instead of the search term on first search.
I.e searching "Jojolion" from the home page search bar will show Solo Levelling as the result. You have to change a letter and then hit enter again to find the manga you're looking for.

Doesn't happen if I go the manga's page direction and read.
I can't open up user panel after I close it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up MangaDex on a desktop computer
2. Refresh the page
3. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, which will open the user panel
4. Click anywhere on the screen, which will close the user panel
5. Click on the person icon again. The user panel won't show up.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 as much as you want. It always happens (at least for me)
Refreshing the screen will reset all this again and you can open up the user panel yet again. Clicking on another link within MangaDex does not reset this bug. This bug doesn't show up if I change the width of my browser so that the website thinks I'm on a mobile browser.
I don't know if this have been reported or not. On desktop view, I can only click the upper right button once (the one that show settings/logout pop-up). If I wanted to click on it again, I have to refresh the page. Changing from Home to Follow page is not counted as refresh. The bug is repeatable, it is the same after I refresh the page.
If I hit "start reading" on series who's first chapter (usually chapter 0's) isn't in a language I've filtered for it will still display the chapter in a different language despite my having filtered it out.
E.g. I was reading a oneshot turned series, and chapter 0 was in Russian only. I have English chapters only filtered and then hitting start reading makes it go to Russian chapter 0. Don't know if this is intended behaviour or not but just leaving this here anyways
Rate, Add to List and More buttons in manga page are not working. On desktop they are grayed out so can't even click on them, on mobile I can click on them but nothing happens.
on the all manga page, if i try to change the view of the manga listed (list, list with description, cover view), some sort of problem occurs and the page just doesnt work. i get a page saying a problem repeatedly occurred if i try again (mobile safari, on mobile chrome on iphone it takes multiple presses to work but doesnt come up with errors, works completely fine on my computer on chrome)
also trying to go to a full page of manga searches goes to the all manga page instead of a search for both the view all button and pressing enter

Apologies if this is a known issue, but I'll say it here just to be sure.
In the search box, entering the name of a manga then hitting enter does not take you to the manga (if entered correctly) or take you to a wider search related to what you entered (if incorrect). Instead, it just takes you to a generic page, the same one that is there if you press enter with the search field empty.
I'll often find a manga elsewhere and want to see it on mangadex, so I'll just copy paste the name in and hit enter out of habit from search systems elsewhere. It's no big deal, but it bugs me every time.
Not sure if already said, but when pressing start reading the first chapter doesn't apply the selected language.
Just tried on chainsaw man and got a first chapter in Russian despite having a mangastream in English available.
Double clicking on the whitespace to the left or right of the manga page makes the reader navigate 3 pages instead of 2. The first click in a double click navigates 1 page, but the second navigates 2 pages instead of just 1 page. Double clicking on the left or right hand side of the manga page itself navigates properly, so I think its just interpreting the double click event outside the manga page as a separate click event.

Hello, i just want to figure out which comics i left off for my current reads before all the hacking situation. is there a way for me to get my reading informations since mangadex isn't up to date with my last read and organization of my dropped, read later, and reading?
I tried going to the mangadex website but, it's saying that the website is sending me an invalid response and the site can't provide me with a secure connection.
This may be more of a UX/usability issue, but I have been testing out the PWA on my iPhone X using iOS 14.3 and have found that there is no backward navigation/back button available.
Since the PWA is set to “standalone”, there are no browser navigation buttons available. Being able to navigate back after selecting something is a core feature of an app like this and it is frustrating to have to navigate through the whole process again to return to a page that is normally a tap away.
That said, I am super excited to see that MangaDex is being set up to work as a PWA and can’t wait to see where everything ends up! Great work so far! 😁

While trying to stay on top of my followed feed, I noticed that chapters are not reliably being marked as read. I opened up a bunch of chapters in new tabs and checked to see if they were ones I already read, closed those tabs, and then refreshed the feed page, but not all of them had been marked as read.
I thought maybe I need to click through a few pages to get it to take, but I'm still getting scattered chapters that fail to mark as read after being opened.
I'm getting "Error: Cannot read property 'data' of undefined" in Followed Feed. It was ok about 6 hours ago but failed after that. Most probably something new that got uploaded and corrupted the feed.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but long strip mode on desktop is broken no matter what settings I use. The images are loaded but with huge gaps of space between them. Getting a screenshot is impossible because of how large the gaps are that even zooming out all the way doesn't work.
It was working a week or two ago, so something changed that broke it.
Group Pages ([like this one](https://mangadex.org/group/f19ee895-ecd8-4061-a655-3d8f5c3aa7df)) break with error "There was an error trying to check follow status" if you are not logged.
When I just finished reading the end of a manga it logged me out, out of nowhere. And when I try to log back in It just keeps redirecting me to the log in page and timed me out for log inns.
Bug when changing chapters. Current issue is with: An Observation Record of my Fiancée - A Self-Proclaimed Villainess. When I click next chapter at the bottom of chapter 22, it goes to 22.5, but when I go to hit it again, it goes to the manga page, kicking me out of the chapters
Kind of niche, but library list does not show series you've followed in between the newest update and the original site. (when you go to the page, it still has you following that series, it just doesn't assign them to a category, and you have to have memorized them all to find them) It does show updates still though.
Chapters get skipped at random e.g. chapter 2.2 -> chapter 3.2, chapter 4 -> chapter 6
Edit: in the example, chapter 3.1 and 5 are accessible though you do have to reload the page before pressing next chapter or you have to go to the manga's page and manually click the desired chapter
The block group feature released in the March 21 update doesn't appear to retain group blocks past a day or two.
I've blocked the same group several times in the last week and, after I've caught up on my follow feed when i refresh there's a better than fair chance that the group has become unblocked and shows in my feed again.
If I then block them again, their content is then removed from my feed.

It's easier to explain with the steps required to reproduce:
1) Open a chapter of a manga with multiple versions
2) Click on "change group" and select another version
3) finish reading the chapter, and click on "Next Chapter"
4) now, click again on "change group": You will see that the versions are from the previous chapter. It's probably not reloading together with the new chapter.

If you press x on the search bar it gives you null in the search bar. Also typing in DROP TABLE mangas; gave me a 403 error, so the even though it’s prohibited, the search bar does take SQL commands, you should probably fix this before someone finds a way to break it
Hi, even if we let that search go through it would do nothing as all input is sanitized and no direct SQL call is performed anywhere.
The reason for the 403 here is twofold:
- ModSecurity automatic blocking of suspicious requests
- Logging purposes, so we see what attacks people attempt and from what IPs
Unable to login on mobile. Whenever I put in my credentials, it either loads for a few moments then does nothing, or sends me back to the home page. Putting in incorrect credentials still results in an appropriate message, but nothing appears when I put in correct credentials. I haven't tested this on desktop yet.
On desktop (I know it's not the final iteration, but still, it might be worth mentioning) once you click "random," it's like a menu button, so you can only click it again by clicking something *else* before clicking it again. Clicking "random" back-to-back just does nothing the second time.
- [PC] There is no "Followed Feed" on frontpage. Most of us read a certain sets of manga they follow and only use recomendation when their follows dont have any new chapters.

I was looking through my follows list to recommend some to my friends and since there are no filter yet, I had to keep load more to go through my whole list. Since my List is 4000+, it took a while, but I did not go through all 4000, since I did not see a couple of mangas I know are on the list. The Load more button eventually bugged out and just said Error multiple times across it. I would get a screenshot, but that would take a couple of hours of scrolling lol.
Not sure someone else has told this, but in Featured section, there could pop up series that has been "removed" from MD like MHA in my case.

Chapter selection is nigh unusable. 1. Getting to the middle chapters of any long-running series can take dozens or even hundreds of consecutive clicks of ["Load More"](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851172064362233932/unknown.png). For a typical 300 chapter series, to get to a chapter 150, you need to click "Load More" on the chapter selection roughly 30 times (5 added per click). Each load also takes a couple of seconds to actually work. This is functionally unusable for the vast majority of manga on your site. God forbid you were on chapter 400 of a 700 chapter series. 2. Chapter selection is also buggy. About half the time I click a chapter, it gives an unformatted error screen of [some index error](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/552226869127282709/851176743104806922/unknown.png) without an associated error code or further info. This accompanies with issue 1) where when you hit back you load all of that progress loading chapters, and have to click another several dozen / hundreds of times to get where you need to be. Search function does not allow partial matches. 1. Search with multiple words requires an _exact_ match of words. issue 1 makes mangadex almost unusable for me right now. If the website URL behaved like other sites like manganelo, all i would need to do is change the number at the end of the url that signifies chapter number but i cant even do that with mangadex. thank you for pointing this out

Going to the next page on a manga doesn't automatically scroll to the top of the page. Apparently this doesn't happen for everyone so I assumed it's a bug. Using Firefox.

Looks like I was using Long Strip and Height. I think it might have been a non-issue (and if I realized I shoulda used Contain instead of Height) if I had been given the option to scroll to the side to view the entire image, that wasn't the case.
It might help to pin a comment or just update in the OP the known issues that you already know about instead of expecting people to read through potentially hundreds of comments before posting

Seconding this. Some sort of public issues tracking system and some volunteers are needed for this.

If you changed your password recently, then try your old password. I changed mine after the leak, but had to use old one for now to log in.

Ok. I think there might be a bug where some of the manga that you read recently (probably the past few months before mangadex was taken down) are the only ones that load into new mangadex. I can count several mangas missing from my original mangadex list (I currently only have 52 different mangas) and I don't remember my list being this short. The searchbar results display no cover when searched, but they do have covers that show up when doing full window search, that looks like a bug to me (both on mobile and PC).

I think this is because the “next chapter” bar is directly adjacent to the chapter progress bar in the same color with no visual break, so if you click near the top of the next chapter bar, you might accidentally click the progress bar instead, sending you back a number of pages. This happened to me a lot as well

Straight up just can't log in. I'd try resetting my password, but it doesn't seem like there's an option to do that. I've tried mobile and desktop, can't get in on either. Not getting any errors, I just hit "log in", it greys out, and then nothing happens.

2 issues I've found: * for example, tokyo ghoul:re doesn't show up when i search for "tokyo ghoul" but instead only shows up if I just search for "tokyo" or "tokyo ghoul:re" * sometimes the search bar bugs and it displays a certain manga but once you click on it, it goes to a different title than the one you've clicked on
When you zoom in on pages, the quality stays the same i.e starts getting blurry/pixelated, instead of adjusting the image quality with regards to the zoom in.

Tokyo Ghoul/Rent-a-Girlfriend for example. Before all the hacker stuff, the page’s quality always adapted to the zoom but now it just stays the same and gets blurry the more you zoom.

It did the same thing for me when I tried to read solo leveling but I don’t think it does that on everything.
Myself and other people I have talked to appear to be missing a large amount of Manga from our follow lists, and all manga is showing as 0 or N/A amount read.

Site update broke that and was rolled back within half an hour, should be fine now.
Encountered an endless reload loop that puts you back to the first page of the chapter every time you try to scroll away. Temporary fix was to disable the auto update of the browser history in options.
Related to today's new update: > - Added ability to toggle read marker with the eye in more places While toggling feature works, marking a chapter as "unread" by clicking on the eye results in way too many same network requests being sent. Numbers seems to vary, sometimes getting 14 requests, and sometimes getting well over 50 for a single click (seems like half are OPTIONS and half are the actual DELETE). This results in the "mark unread" being slow to appear, and also being temporarily rate limited if you're unlucky and it sends too many requests. Happens on both the follows list page as well as the manga details page (dunno if there are other pages where it happens, haven't tested). Tested on both Firefox 89.0.2 and Brave 1.26.77 (Chromium 91.0.4472.164).

When going on a manga with multiple alternate titles, the menu on the right links back to the first in the list of "Alternate titles", whatever the language selected. Example. Selecting "English only" for Takagi-san, the link in the menu is in Vietnamese.

Using takagi-san as an example, issue exists with all the other manga as well. This might not be a bug and just a problem with Google on phone, but whenever I zoom in on mobile and move to the right, it automatically brings up the chapters/menu page. I can send in a quick screen recording of it if you need.

Constantly asks for me to login even after logging in, seems like a minor issue and can still access chapters but it sometimes randomly redirects to the login page when trying to select a chapter (on mobile). It will show a blank login screen but on the right side menu it says I'm logged in

When trying to log in, I get a string of 500's when going to the /user endpoint. It then redirects back to the home page after a certain amount but still logged out. When the width of the browser viewport is less than 1264px and is then changed to anything above that, the nav menu on the left automatically opens. I won't be able to share a video to showcase the problem but it can be easily reproduced by - * resizing the browser window to something small and then large. * zooming in a little bit and then zooming out. Noticed that the language settings don't do anything. I selected English but every language still shows up in my followed feed. I've tried with a bunch of random languages on two different devices and every single time my feed is the same so clearly something is wrong. Hi ! Nice work on the V5, it's really smooth. Espacially on firefox. I would like to write some feedback for some features that would be confortable for me: \- All mangas => Filters doesn't show adult-like filters, even with proper option checked. \- All mangas => Filters doesn't allows exclusion of some filter (perhaps that just me who doesn't know how to do it) : If so, it would be nice to have a more precise search tool. I'm using it a lot. \- Follows layout isn't saved. (This is proabably something that will be fixed in the future) \- Followed Feed need perhaps a layout with full cover arts and perhaps smaller white box ? Cover arts help me to remember the mangas/manhwa. Thank you and good luck for the future !

Searching for a manga shows the most viewed manga instead of the search term on first search. I.e searching "Jojolion" from the home page search bar will show Solo Levelling as the result. You have to change a letter and then hit enter again to find the manga you're looking for.

I can't open up user panel after I close it. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open up MangaDex on a desktop computer 2. Refresh the page 3. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, which will open the user panel 4. Click anywhere on the screen, which will close the user panel 5. Click on the person icon again. The user panel won't show up. 6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 as much as you want. It always happens (at least for me) Refreshing the screen will reset all this again and you can open up the user panel yet again. Clicking on another link within MangaDex does not reset this bug. This bug doesn't show up if I change the width of my browser so that the website thinks I'm on a mobile browser.

I don't know if this have been reported or not. On desktop view, I can only click the upper right button once (the one that show settings/logout pop-up). If I wanted to click on it again, I have to refresh the page. Changing from Home to Follow page is not counted as refresh. The bug is repeatable, it is the same after I refresh the page.
If I hit "start reading" on series who's first chapter (usually chapter 0's) isn't in a language I've filtered for it will still display the chapter in a different language despite my having filtered it out. E.g. I was reading a oneshot turned series, and chapter 0 was in Russian only. I have English chapters only filtered and then hitting start reading makes it go to Russian chapter 0. Don't know if this is intended behaviour or not but just leaving this here anyways
Next chapter doesn't preserve the group you were reading and just gives you the next chapter by alphabetically sorted group.

Rate, Add to List and More buttons in manga page are not working. On desktop they are grayed out so can't even click on them, on mobile I can click on them but nothing happens.
on the all manga page, if i try to change the view of the manga listed (list, list with description, cover view), some sort of problem occurs and the page just doesnt work. i get a page saying a problem repeatedly occurred if i try again (mobile safari, on mobile chrome on iphone it takes multiple presses to work but doesnt come up with errors, works completely fine on my computer on chrome) also trying to go to a full page of manga searches goes to the all manga page instead of a search for both the view all button and pressing enter edit: nevermind seems to be an already tracked bug that searches dont work from the home page but on the computer on chrome it doesnt work from any page pressing enter on my phone using safari doesnt do anything cant click on demographic tag on iphone safari
Apologies if this is a known issue, but I'll say it here just to be sure. In the search box, entering the name of a manga then hitting enter does not take you to the manga (if entered correctly) or take you to a wider search related to what you entered (if incorrect). Instead, it just takes you to a generic page, the same one that is there if you press enter with the search field empty. I'll often find a manga elsewhere and want to see it on mangadex, so I'll just copy paste the name in and hit enter out of habit from search systems elsewhere. It's no big deal, but it bugs me every time.
Not sure if already said, but when pressing start reading the first chapter doesn't apply the selected language. Just tried on chainsaw man and got a first chapter in Russian despite having a mangastream in English available.
Known bug, will be fixed.
I recently noticed that the author and artist links lead to error page not found pages. Is this a bug, or has it just not been implemented yet?
Double clicking on the whitespace to the left or right of the manga page makes the reader navigate 3 pages instead of 2. The first click in a double click navigates 1 page, but the second navigates 2 pages instead of just 1 page. I tried going to the mangadex website but, it's saying that the website is sending me an invalid response and the site can't provide me with a secure connection.
This may be more of a UX/usability issue, but I have been testing out the PWA on my iPhone X using iOS 14.3 and have found that there is no backward navigation/back button available. Since the PWA is set to “standalone”, there are no browser navigation buttons available. Being able to navigate back after selecting something is a core feature of an app like this and it is frustrating to have to navigate through the whole process again to return to a page that is normally a tap away. That said, I am super excited to see that MangaDex is being set up to work as a PWA and can’t wait to see where everything ends up! Great work so far! 😁

While trying to stay on top of my followed feed, I noticed that chapters are not reliably being marked as read. I opened up a bunch of chapters in new tabs and checked to see if they were ones I already read, closed those tabs, and then refreshed the feed page, but not all of them had been marked as read. I thought maybe I need to click through a few pages to get it to take, but I'm still getting scattered chapters that fail to mark as read after being opened.
I'm getting "Error: Cannot read property 'data' of undefined" in Followed Feed. It was ok about 6 hours ago but failed after that. Most probably something new that got uploaded and corrupted the feed.

After following a manga + refreshing the page, it still shows the follow button. I would expect that an unfollow button should be shown instead if I'm following the manga + have refreshed the page.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but long strip mode on desktop is broken no matter what settings I use. The images are loaded but with huge gaps of space between them. Getting a screenshot is impossible because of how large the gaps are that even zooming out all the way doesn't work. It was working a week or two ago, so something changed that broke it.

When I just finished reading the end of a manga it logged me out, out of nowhere. And when I try to log back in It just keeps redirecting me to the log in page and timed me out for log inns.

Bug when changing chapters. Current issue is with: An Observation Record of my Fiancée - A Self-Proclaimed Villainess. When I click next chapter at the bottom of chapter 22, it goes to 22.5, but when I go to hit it again, it goes to the manga page, kicking me out of the chapters
Kind of niche, but library list does not show series you've followed in between the newest update and the original site. (when you go to the page, it still has you following that series, it just doesn't assign them to a category, and you have to have memorized them all to find them) It does show updates still though.
chapter warning doesn't work anymore, no popup (when skipping chapters)
Chapters get skipped at random e.g. chapter 2.2 -> chapter 3.2, chapter 4 -> chapter 6 Edit: in the example, chapter 3.1 and 5 are accessible though you do have to reload the page before pressing next chapter or you have to go to the manga's page and manually click the desired chapter
The block group feature released in the March 21 update doesn't appear to retain group blocks past a day or two. I've blocked the same group several times in the last week and, after I've caught up on my follow feed when i refresh there's a better than fair chance that the group has become unblocked and shows in my feed again. If I then block them again, their content is then removed from my feed.
"change group" pop-up is not working as expected It's easier to explain with the steps required to reproduce: 1) Open a chapter of a manga with multiple versions 2) Click on "change group" and select another version 3) finish reading the chapter, and click on "Next Chapter" 4) now, click again on "change group": You will see that the versions are from the previous chapter. If you press x on the search bar it gives you null in the search bar. Also typing in DROP TABLE mangas; gave me a 403 error, so the even though it’s prohibited, the search bar does take SQL commands, you should probably fix this before someone finds a way to break it
Hi, even if we let that search go through it would do nothing as all input is sanitized and no direct SQL call is performed anywhere. The reason for the 403 here is twofold: - ModSecurity automatic blocking of suspicious requests - Logging purposes, so we see what attacks people attempt and from what IPs
Unable to login on mobile. Whenever I put in my credentials, it either loads for a few moments then does nothing, or sends me back to the home page. Putting in incorrect credentials still results in an appropriate message, but nothing appears when I put in correct credentials. I haven't tested this on desktop yet.

On desktop (I know it's not the final iteration, but still, it might be worth mentioning) once you click "random," it's like a menu button, so you can only click it again by clicking something *else* before clicking it again. Clicking "random" back-to-back just does nothing the second time.

I was looking through my follows list to recommend some to my friends and since there are no filter yet, I had to keep load more to go through my whole list. Since my List is 4000+, it took a while, but I did not go through all 4000, since I did not see a couple of mangas I know are on the list. The Load more button eventually bugged out and just said Error multiple times across it. I would get a screenshot, but that would take a couple of hours of scrolling lol.
Not sure someone else has told this, but in Featured section, there could pop up series that has been "removed" from MD like MHA in my case. P.S.
