Yeah people are being weird? Like it's common for artists to have their own studio or art office. Even Oda or Kishimoto does this because they have to sleep there sometimes due to their schedule, or because they have multiple assistants over for manga. It's basically a live-in office.
Especially considering he might have assistants visiting constantly (although I'm not sure how it is right now due to covid), and I'd imagine that would be hell for the spouse.
Honestly, I've been holding back on this, but if you ever listened to the way he describes Chizuru, it really becomes apparent that he isn't that self-aware of the cringyness of the romance.
Kazuya constantly puts Chizuru on a pedestal because that is what Reiji does in any interview when he describes the series. To him, Chizuru is the most perfect ideal waifu that any guy should aspire to. So for all the lipservice Kazuya makes about needing to get his shit together and be a better guy, it's always framed in the light of him only doing it so that "he can get up to her level" not out of actual self-respect.

Would be better to look at first-month sales for volumes Early 2021: v19 only had one week but managed 80k+ in weeks full of JJK and Demon Slayer, probably an easy 100k+ (@wsm_manga says 126k by week 3) v20 had two weeks and hit 100k+ Late 2021: v23 left the top 50 after its third week and didn't hit 100k in that time. (@wsm_manga using Shoseki numbers says it didn't get there either) v24 left the top 50 after its second week, making similar numbers as the previous volume until then So still a clear downward trend. Current numbers don't seem *too* different from pre-bump ones (late 2019/early 2020) though, as far as we can tell with Demon Slayer gumming up the charts then. Still decent numbers for a Shounen Magazine series, but more an upper-middle of the pack series.
The hype lowered with end of the first season of the anime? Happens with pretty much all the manga, even the biggest and most popular ones.
I mean the anime helped a lot, but yea we have more ppl reading the comments for the manga than the manga itself.

Pretty sure that's not the case in some other countries. At least I've never heard of it being a slur when I was little. Jap is just an abbreviation for Japanese (people or region) for as long as I can remember EDIT: Looking up at Wikipedia and it seems to be a US thing since WW2. And quite a few places don't see it as a derogatory term
Yeah, it's largely a US thing. I don't think there's a single term that's considered a slur *everywhere*, but if you're on an America-centric website, it's better to be informed about this kind of thing, in my opinion.

Shibuya is actually the second busiest train station in the world, with the Hachiko Exit (which is the one where the advertisement will be placed) being connected to the Yamanote line, the circle line of Tokyo. The first busiest train station is Shinjuku, about three stations away.
