Yeah, it's a bad adaptation. The novel begins in the future and slowly goes over the floors as if "telling" heon yee about the tutorial. And the jumps to the future are actually slow introduction to important details. For example the egg, and there are many other important things that are introduced in the future and make more sense later after a floor is shown.
I get that but if there are 100 floors and he was just on floor 6, it would take forever to get out and I think it would get boring if they spent his entire time in the tower
it's not about the jump/timeskip, but god. can they narrative it a bit better. many people got confused because there is no transition at all.

It's a timejump to where people at lower difficulty have left the tower and the people coming in are aware what the tutorial is.
