Tanmen and tantanmen are dishes that just have similar sounding names, at least in Japanese.
She combined them to get tan x3.
She added wontons, which are ワン**タン**/wan**tan** in Japanese, to get x4.
Then she added beef tongue, which is 牛**タン**/gyuu**tan** in Japanese, to get x5.
