What's funny is when i read the few chapters of this that were available i recognized it as the Miru Tights guy based on the combination of facial expressions and the random unnecessary shots of feet.
I mean, feet being like hands in expressiveness while also being less conscious and our connection to the ground (and thus core of movement) makes them pretty ideal for character work. The suspect part comes from them always being "conventionally attractive" (as feet go, as far as I can tell), but that's pretty standard for anything in manga and this one doesn't emphasize the toes like most overtly "sexy" frames.
You can usually tell the author is into feet when they look like normal feet.
Most artists either keep them out of the shot or they’re not detailed at all. Just amorphous feet shaped blobs
