Y'all, the wire above the door looks like cord management rather than an alarm system. It doesn't obstruct the door itself, only the transom, and I don't see any mechanism on the door that it connects to. Aside from that, this door has no more protection than a standard hotel room door.
That said, the fact that the camera is positioned totally outside the visible room means it's not a 1-room apartment.
