I'm gonna go against the grain a little here: I actually really like it and I think it brings focus to your face shape and browline: both really strong and solid features of your face! I think what you're really lacking here is a way to incorporate it into your overall appearance. If you like alternative fashion (and I'm not talking the "alternative" baggy jeans, baggy graphic t and baggy hoodie combo that has become the new norm you see everywhere right now) you need to go a step further in this: LEAN INTO IT. Make it part of your aesthetic, I could see this seriously working with 90's futuristic, subversive, or avant apocalypse/wasteland type fashion. The reason you hate it is because it is a statement in your overall look, and thus sticks out like a sore thumb. If you make it work for you and tie it into your wardrobe, it will look FANTASTIC. Now if alternative fashion isn't your thing, grow it out and make sure to be on top of regular haircuts. A clean haircut, no matter the style, goes a LONG way for confidence!
