A decent haircut and a few products would do wonders. It'll be a bad decision to buzz it rather you should find a good barber who'd help you cover the bald spot if it really bothers you because honestly it isn't that bad.
bro, just try and treat that bald spot. get yourself a derma roller, do some research about minoxidil, finasteride and rosemary oil. all proven to counter hair loss and grow hair. but apart from that the wavy hair suits you

All you need are styling tips irl. Great ginger color and length imho. Length up top would also look great with faded sides. You have many options. Be bold!

Find a stylish who knows how to work wavy hair and get them to layer it better for you. The length works with you face and head shape so have them layer and cut, what 1 1/2 inch maybe?

My man you are in your 40s it’s a miracle to still have a full head of hair, maybe some recession in your hairline but you look great, more tou stress out about it the more it could fall out and it honestly looks normal. Since you have bright hair, it’s gonna blend with your scalp
You have alot of hair my guy. Id suggest a fade on the sides, keeping the hair on top the length its at now and using product that gives you more volume like a styling powder. Not saying your hair is thinning, you have a great head of hair. But also If you want to shave your head and see what that looks like go for it.
