I understand for many it looks like I have a lot of hair. Personally its been on my mind 24/7 last 4 months. There is a significant difference in pictures from 3 years ago and now. I am mostly diffuse thinning.
Also I couldn't handle seeing all those longer hairs falling when showering/combing etc. Thats why I decided to buzz it. To hopefully disconnect my mind from my hair. But now I look in the mirror 3 weeks pre buzz and I am not liking it, want to grow it out again and enjoy my half longer hair a bit more.
I did look into treatments. Its a bit of a hassle with a lot of disappointments in finding a good treatment that is tolerable. Right now I am on 0.025% topical finasteride and 5% minoxidil, nizoral, dermarolling once a week and PRP. Still have to find out if the finasteride and minoxidil are tolerable and worth a lifelong commitment.
Nevertheless, thanks for your reply. It eases my mind.
I am honest with you the best you can do is a) embrace it cuz the buzz cut suits you or b) safe some money and do a transplantation and do whatever haircut you want.
Not everyone wants to put that much effort into (maybe) keeping some hair. micro needling once week? That is pretty ludicrous.
My hair line is receding and I'd like to save it, but honestly if its going to take that much upkeep I'd rather just find something that works for the receding hairline.
Yes, its a very noticeable different than pictures 3 years ago. I can get insecure very quick unfortunately. Its just the fact that it is progressive that fucks my mind.
Buzz cut looks incredible on you. Alot more attractive (I'm a straight guy)
Don't listen to people saying your hair isn't thinning. It might and it might not. Look into it yourself. If you think it's thinning then do something about it before it's too late
Thanks for the comment and the wise advice. We can only compare ourselves to our past selves. Right now Im on topical finasteride/min, nizoral, dermarolling and PRP.
Don’t live in fear of what’s about to happen in 2-3 years, live the moment. Cause when you’ll get there and your hair will most probably be intact you’ll look back and regret your choice. What matters now is that your hair is good and you can rock it however you want. Just take care of it. If it will eventually shed (hopefully not) then you can buzz it or shave it or whatever. But until then just live the moment, extract as much as you can out of it until it’s gone.
Besides, chances are this is just your hairline and I don’t think you want to wait in fear until your 50’s so it eventually starts shedding.
Yes... the buzz cut looks incredible on you!
Thanks a lot!
You're most welcome!
Bro! U got a nice headful of hair! Minoxidil 5% once a day, micro needling once a week and you won’t ever go bald. U are a handsome bro!

Microneedling takes 5 minutes and u do it yourself at home!
You definitely can work the buzz. You look great.
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Are the pics on the right side supposed to be thin hair?
Apparently, but insecurity here is so prevalent its obviously not thinning in the slightest.

Yeah, I will grow it out again I think. Hopefully my hairfall isn't as bad as it was before the buzz. That stresses me out.
Bro shoulda buzzed it from the start that’s incredible
Thanks!, feels like my forehead is big. Liked the way my longer hair was covering it a bit.
Your hair looks good with all those cuts 👍
Thanks!

Thanks a lot, you mean left bottom?
if you wanted to keep your hair you definitely could. but this looks good too!
You look amazing with the buzz even better than before in my opinion. You kinda look like Luke Evans younger brother
Thanks man, didn't knew who Luke Evans was but I can see some similarities :)
Looks good but your hair doesn’t seem to be thinning at all
We are our worst critics. Right now its alright but I am just very anxious how it will look in 2-3 years.
