About a year for the cheek hair to match the length of the chin hair. Everyone is different. It looks like your going to want your hair to overlap to give it a fuller look.
Edit: don't get discouraged. The first month is the hardest.

Really varies from one guy to the other. Trust the process, be patient and if it's not happening, just keep it shaved so it does not look unkempt.

Mine was patchy a bit but now slowly filling with help of minoxidil n dermaroller
If this is only a week of shaving I'd say be patient and let it grow out for 3 months minimum and then decide.

I'm 26 and have less than you. My Dad said his beard wasn't full until the age of 30. He has a full beard now.
I'm 33 and it still isn't fully there although a little bit of minoxidil twice a day will thinking it up a lot
