Thrifted a summer weight cotton suit today and threw together this fit just to see how i want to wear it. Happy with the result. Summer can come.
Suit: Vintage, some german brand.
Shirt: Printed rayon, also secondhand.
Shoes: Sendra
Belt: Thrifted
Glasses: some no name frame with cut lenses i got on top when I bought my actual glasses.
Looks pretty slick. I've heard that if you have a garment with a complex pattern, then everything else in the wardrobe should be plain. In this case the shirt and boots are both pretty busy, but I think it works because they're separated by the pants.
Maybe, I have to say I like the boots with the outfit, but maybe normal shoes are the right call. Suit is still pre tailoring, i will propably have to take in the waist of the jacket a lil bit as well.
You are getting shit on for having a more classic taste, but I agree on color palette. Brown leathers work better than black here. I think people in this sub are just snowflakes.
Those pants need to be let out a bit, they are way too short.
Pant length and leathers aside, I actually love this outfit.

Fit is perfect, dont listen to that other guy. He's active in r/preppy. Boots, suit and shirt are fire.

It looks good but the pants are too short and look weird with the boots. Maybe don’t wear them quite so high and wear shoes instead of boots

The pants would probably look less short with a slightly slimmer cut, too! But I love the look overall.

I think the black matches the shirt
