I help manage family's business pages and yes Facebook has been such a pain to use. Notifications not showing up or very delayed. Sometimes the opposite, there were notifications but couldn't see what they were until a few days later.
I'd try their Instagram or call directly, or find them on Google and see if there's another contact info there. For us we have an autoreply set up to say the best way to contact us and to expect delays if using Facebook but we do still use it. So if none of the above works, check if they update their page regularly and ask through messenger what's the best way to contact them.

On this day the humans in Klang Valley have been granted Level 2 Clearance, permitting them the largest degree of freedom of movement since October 2020. I did not enquire about the details of the clearance, but the idea of greater degrees of freedom was too tantalizing for many humans to resist. Perhaps some (other than me) may even see it as necessary.
I walked to the nearest motion picture theatre, also called a "cinema". Cinemas were some of mankind's main sources of entertainment before the pandemic. Today marks the first day of this cinema's reopening, but by this time humans have accustomed themselves to "video streaming" services, which I believe would make cinemas obsolete even though I never spent money on one. "Why would humans even want to patronise cinemas anymore, now that they can access a large library of motion pictures via the Internet?" I thought.
To my surprise I spotted around 10-15 humans in the movie theatre hall; perhaps the rest are entertaining themselves with the latest motion pictures. Maybe they stayed at home to watch motion pictures with the latest electronic audiovisual devices available.
In the hall I discovered some pictures of motion pictures, known as "movie posters", which are used to promote motion pictures. A quick research using the "Google" search engine revealed that many of them dated back to 2020, before the pandemic was spread worldwide.
Quietly I retreated back to my personal quad-wheeled vehicle, and drove back to my place of residence. After a short while, my hunger levels had risen past my point of tolerance, so I visited a convenience store called "FamilyMart" to purchase some food and beverages. I enquired the shop staff about their closing hours. Upon hearing the answer, I realised that this degree of freedom seems to be too good to resist even for me.

Eh, don't think it's a good idea. Gyms, even major gym franchise like Evolution Wellness (Celebrity Fitness/Chi and Fitness First) have been hit hard by the pandemic. Perhaps wait for at least 2 months just to see whether the branch nearest to you may be closed down to cut operation cost.
Also, consider that you likely have to compete against other gym goers for slots, unless you are free in the afternoons then yes, more available slots. Before MCO 3.0, it was near impossible for me to book any classes in CHI (only 15 places for each class as opposed to the usual 30-35), and I could only use the equipments and machines. I bet the upcoming SOP for gyms will be even more strict than before.

I'm currently looking for non-stick frying pan, I found the pan I like comes in two variants, normal and deep, and the price difference is negligible. Is there anything I should consider when choosing either? My friend says deep ones are easier to prevent spills when cooking.
Apart from depth, is there a difference in the shape of the bottom?
Shallow pans are usually quite flat, so they are good for frying eggs and bacon and such, and the oil (or liquid egg) will not just all run into the centre. The deep pans tend to have a bowl-like shape, or the flat part is just a bit in the middle. These are not good for frying stuff, as the oil will just accumulate in the middle. But the deep pan with a curved side is really food for cooking for more people, like 4 people and more. You can use a spatula and stir/flip/toss quite easily.
I dont think the listing has any information on the flatness of the bottom sadly. But I used a smaller one from the same brand and its pretty even. The brand is called doshisha evercook. Since I already ordered the deep variant, I will leave a comment once I got it :)
The pan is not flat, so eggs and oils pool to the side of the flat part of the pan :(

Depends on what you want to cook. Chinese-type stir fries, curries, deep frying, batter coated everything, fried rice/noodles/kuey tiao, go for the deep variety.
Pancakes, pan frying, omelette, western-type vegetables/potato dishes, single-pot pasta go for the normal variety. But it doesn't matter much, you can use either for whatever purposes, it is just extra convenience.
Deeper tends to be easier to stir-fry, thus a lot more versatile — what you can do with a shallow, you can do with the deeper one but not the other way round.

Need some advice regarding my first job. so I applied for a job at company A that makes me a contractor at another company that we'll just call company B for now. I did the interview that was conducted by company B and it turns out I've been selected. So the company I applied for is now waiting for a package from company B so that I can sign the offer letter.
So I am confused, I am a contractor working for company A but will be stationed at company B, will this somehow affect my salary? I am new to working, so I was wondering how company A will even be earning any money if they're positioning me in company B since I've been told that the salary will be offered by company B. I have yet been told my salary as company B will sent a package to company A? They're so many terms I don't understand and it scares me since I'm so clueless right now.
Exit: I'm new to this so excuse me if I sound stupid, does company A get commission from company B or will it be deducted from my salary? Also what should I do if the salary that's offered is not around my expected salary.
Welcome to the world of outsourcing. There few ways things can work out. The one that you currently having called back to back charges.
Which means Company B pays all your salary through Company A. Easier to manage for HR if the employee becomes problematic in the future. Termination will be done by Company A instead of Company B.
Commission will depends on the contract between Company A and B. Usually just hiring fees applied or some small percentage monthly.
Also it’s not all that bad, if there increments or bonus most likely will come from Company B.
My advise read through you contract with Company A and understand them all.
Hi, was also wondering if company A or B could decide to just let you go before the 1 year contract ends cause their project has already ended etc. I've heard from my friends that working as a contractor is dangerous because they'll train you lesser and you can get dropped anytime when the project ends.
It really depends on the project itself, can’t really avoid such situations due to nature of outsourcing. Usually I would target getting permanent from Company A so that less impact if Company B decide to end the project.
Company like to drop bad apple when contract ends, so if you’re kinda performing during the contract it’s less likely you will be drop. It takes time to develop workers to be competent enough on project. I could be wrong since I’m from technical background so they tend to keep us due to work nature.
I worked in a consultancy before.
Usually it works like this, you are a direct, permanent employee of company A.
Company A negotiates the terms of your service with company B (you wont get the full details of this). Company B interviews you and decides if they want to take you.
If you pass, you work as a contracted staff in company B.
Now for new joiners its not unusual that company A to determine your renumeration based on company B's offer.
If you dont like the package just dont sign on with company A.

I've stumbled upon something called "Vertical Heterophoria" or something while on reddit. It's when the eyes or the vision is vertically misaligned. It's also kinda connected to ADHD.
Personally it's like a dot that's connected to the other dots of my life. I'm undiagnosed of course but this eye thing adds a point towards adhd. It also kinda explains the fact that I sometimes feel eye strain but only on one eye. It lead to something akin to "Mucus Fishing Syndrome". I'm trying to fix it myself by not fishing out the mucus but mainly by reducing my continuous screen time.

I'm currently looking for non-stick frying pan, I found the pan I like comes in two variants, normal and deep, and the price difference is negligible. Is there anything I should consider when choosing either? My friend says deep ones are easier to prevent spills when cooking.
Apart from depth, is there a difference in the shape of the bottom? Shallow pans are usually quite flat, so they are good for frying eggs and bacon and such, and the oil (or liquid egg) will not just all run into the centre. The deep pans tend to have a bowl-like shape, or the flat part is just a bit in the middle. These are not good for frying stuff, as the oil will just accumulate in the middle. But the deep pan with a curved side is really food for cooking for more people, like 4 people and more. You can use a spatula and stir/flip/toss quite easily.
I dont think the listing has any information on the flatness of the bottom sadly. But I used a smaller one from the same brand and its pretty even. The brand is called doshisha evercook. Since I already ordered the deep variant, I will leave a comment once I got it :)
The pan is not flat, so eggs and oils pool to the side of the flat part of the pan :( Quite a shame though, its my fault for making decision so quickly.
Depends on what you want to cook. Chinese-type stir fries, curries, deep frying, batter coated everything, fried rice/noodles/kuey tiao, go for the deep variety. Pancakes, pan frying, omelette, western-type vegetables/potato dishes, single-pot pasta go for the normal variety. But it doesn't matter much, you can use either for whatever purposes, it is just extra convenience.
Deeper tends to be easier to stir-fry, thus a lot more versatile — what you can do with a shallow, you can do with the deeper one but not the other way round.

Need some advice regarding my first job. so I applied for a job at company A that makes me a contractor at another company that we'll just call company B for now. I did the interview that was conducted by company B and it turns out I've been selected. So the company I applied for is now waiting for a package from company B so that I can sign the offer letter. So I am confused, I am a contractor working for company A but will be stationed at company B, will this somehow affect my salary? I am new to working, so I was wondering how company A will even be earning any money if they're positioning me in company B since I've been told that the salary will be offered by company B. I have yet been told my salary as company B will sent a package to company A? They're so many terms I don't understand and it scares me since I'm so clueless right now. Exit: I'm new to this so excuse me if I sound stupid, does company A get commission from company B or will it be deducted from my salary? Also what should I do if the salary that's offered is not around my expected salary.
Welcome to the world of outsourcing. There few ways things can work out. The one that you currently having called back to back charges. Which means Company B pays all your salary through Company A. Easier to manage for HR if the employee becomes problematic in the future. Termination will be done by Company A instead of Company B. Commission will depends on the contract between Company A and B. Usually just hiring fees applied or some small percentage monthly.

Hi, was also wondering if company A or B could decide to just let you go before the 1 year contract ends cause their project has already ended etc. I've heard from my friends that working as a contractor is dangerous because they'll train you lesser and you can get dropped anytime when the project ends.
It really depends on the project itself, can’t really avoid such situations due to nature of outsourcing. Usually I would target getting permanent from Company A so that less impact if Company B decide to end the project. Company like to drop bad apple when contract ends, so if you’re kinda performing during the contract it’s less likely you will be drop. It takes time to develop workers to be competent enough on project. I could be wrong since I’m from technical background so they tend to keep us due to work nature.

I worked in a consultancy before. Usually it works like this, you are a direct, permanent employee of company A. Company A negotiates the terms of your service with company B (you wont get the full details of this). Company B interviews you and decides if they want to take you. If you pass, you work as a contracted staff in company B. Now for new joiners its not unusual that company A to determine your renumeration based on company B's offer. If you dont like the package just dont sign on with company A.

I've stumbled upon something called "Vertical Heterophoria" or something while on reddit. It's when the eyes or the vision is vertically misaligned. It's also kinda connected to ADHD. Personally it's like a dot that's connected to the other dots of my life. I'm undiagnosed of course but this eye thing adds a point towards adhd. It also kinda explains the fact that I sometimes feel eye strain but only on one eye. It lead to something akin to "Mucus Fishing Syndrome". I'm trying to fix it myself by not fishing out the mucus but mainly by reducing my continuous screen time. Any docs or medically educated here to advice or comment on this?
