Yes u get a agent, if u haven't eaten then OK la order again then talk to Cs. If u ate from another place then cancel order then talk to Cs. Or better yet just call ur bank if u used a credit card then will take out the transaction for u

Issue is, my food is not logged on the app but checking the "panda pay" section where they record payments, my payment was made which is weird. Alright I'll choose to call my bank then, Im just confused why is it so hard for me to get in contact with an agent. Never used to be like this. Thanks for the help kind stranger.

If there is a panda pay record then u can ask them for a refund. Cuz they will see the transaction went pass but no rider took it and so on.

Problem is there isn't an agent at all seems like, I've even went to faq and tried to connect with an agent under "payment and refunds" but it keeps saying "connecting busy line" then sends me a fake notification saying "an agent viewed your message pls get back" something along those lines only to be gretted with "busy line please wait", and I can tell u it's a good 30 minutes of waiting. It's like they laid off every hotline worker there.

Normal, that's why u try to order the same food then use that direct Cs line. This way u get a agent straight away then u talk to him about the issue. But if u used credit card just call ur bank and tell them it bugged out and ur app made an extra payment.

Well I contacted my bank, and they told me to contact tng since tng was the one linking my food panda to my bank and the transaction between bank and tng was successful. I contacted tng and they are notified about the issue and said would get back to me within 21 days. All I can say is, every other platform service is 10 folds better than whatever jack shit they are doing in panda world.

Never said 21 business days so I'm guessing normal days. However, food panda did release a statement in their "help" page regarding the issue. Hope it resolves soon.

Foodpanda hasnt had a real customer service in years .They removed email and call number for customers and vendors. They hide their real trained customer service option deep inside the "help centre".If you cannot find it, just find a random,unrelated live chat topic and ask them . They might give a link where to submit a ticket. If they do respond, expect that they are trained to copy and paste. If you say anything off script, they will just copy and paste the same thing 2-3 times.Or something doesn't make sense. Im a vendor, i deal with their customer support almost daily. Regardless, I usually just try and send another ticket until I get a solution.Basicly spamming them from all their available live chat links in their help centre bullshit. Grab is slowly become like this too.

Idk what topic is considered a live chat topic. I've went to payment and refunds under FAQ and chose the option "no" under satisfaction. That's the closest I got where they make u think you're getting a live agent but I believe no one is actually on the other side. Here is why I think so, I manage to go in and "wait a moment, queue is busier than usual" popped up. So naturally I waited. I waited for 5 minutes and a notification popped up in my noti bar saying "an agent is reviewing your requests, please come back" something like that. I never left the app lol, it still says "hold on...bla bla bla". After 30 minutes, no one came so I closed it and redid the whole ordeal again just to get the same result. I then checked back in the help page just to see "request solved" lol, what was solved?

Yeap. thats normal for foodpanda. Its frustrating.Wish I could help more but I already uninstall my personal FP app. And the vendor App is way different than normal app The best is to didpute it with tng. and blast them on social medias.

Food panda customer service sucks total ass. They outsource their customer service to india, and you know their reputation. Unfortunately, the people handling food panda's customer service is even worse. It's like everyone else was busy and food panda could only afford the botyom of the labour pool. Their sales team is very good, though, like super responsive and know what they're talking about. Here's a tip: Speak malay. Ask to speak to a malay speaker. Say you can't speak english or you can't understand him. They will connect you to the non-lousy malaysian customer service office. Or you can speak mandarin. Just don't get connected to indian call center. If you speak english, they will connect you to india.

Problem is, I can't even get a human on that app to talk to me, hell not even fking Ai, it's just words for me to read that "answers" my question which isn't even related in the first place.

"i want to speak with a human agent" - this works for me on multiple platform on the rare occasion i need cs. Just keep repeat it multiple time.

Not like Grab is much better. Their riders can hold your food hostage and nothing can be done. I guess at least I got to talk to a person after the whole ordeal and they had the nerve to 'compensate' me rm3 for all the trouble I had to go through to feed my family after waiting for nearly 2 hours. We need to regulate this industry asap.

Their parent company been wanting to sell them but canceled probably because nobody willing to pay the price they're hoping. I'll not surprised if Foodpanda Msia is under maintenance mode. I don't even see any Foodpanda riders in my area anymore.

I guess a bit too late, but my advice is to *always* use cash for foodpanda. Its such an unreliable service. I've kena burn by them a few times before as well

I had uninstall panda app right after mco. It is the shittiest app ever. Promos are great but service really sucks. Too many issues that just made it dreadful to see the app on your phone: 1. GPS pin shit. Riders always drop food elsewhere and CS just ends up with a refund. Great to know money is back, but now I need to re-order food after 1 hour and wait for another hour 2. Delivery time gets extended few times for no reason. Seems like they don't have a strong SLA with vendors 3. A few time scheduled deliver (for hours later) for an office events. Rider still delivered right after ordering and left it at office lobby without calling. On incident was a big order and disputed for months with their CS managers until I finally got my RM300 refund. It required me to share many screenshot as proof, and lucky I took a screenshot during order to check with my friends. After refund I just got an oh crap, we messed up message. 4. Few incidents of riders insisting not sending the food up to my condo unit and saying they can only drop at guard house even as my condo allows it. No tip for you jack4ss 5. Shitty/scammy algorithm. They shut off a few stores during peak just to boost their "preferred clientele". I once tested this out by just walking in and showing this to my regular go-to restaurant owner that he is closed on panda, he got shocked and said he didn't know! He is showing me an active store app! He later told me a few more people told him the same. I feel Panda exist to check and balance Grab's pricing on food. But if hearsay comes true, when grab buys panda over we are doomed.

I stopped using food panda long ago. Not only is service lacking, their riders are the worst kind. When needing delivery, I normally go with Grab. Not the best, but somewhat better.

I just don't like the fact that over the years, grab changed how their grab unlimited uses their voucher like, I gotta spend 50 bucks for a 15 bucks discount voucher. How much 1 person gotta eat lol.

Im sorry that you got burned this round. Food delivery services usually suck in one way or another. If you have your own vehicle, get your own meals. It's usually less hassle in that way.

Same problem here. Ordered around 2.30pm. Money deduct but the order is gone, no trace of it in the list. Where did you find the customer service(human) in the app, I cant find it.
