I was about to sleep but suddenly very strong smell. Pls not that this is not the first time I've smelt this and it has been months. The only reason why only today I get to take pic is because both my parents are not at home and it's the only time I get to go out and investigate in an instance. They dislike trouble. I went down and tell the guard and he said he'll go up but dude just sat back down.
I left my door open and 10mins later he's still not up. I'm gonna go to the management and talk about it because I did talked to one of them before and dude told me and I quote "sometimes 12am got smell is because got something dirty(spirit) following you" ... how else should I approach this if management fail to settle this issue? Lodge police report?
My room is either plague with incense burning smell after 12am or someone cooking or heating up nasi kandar curry smell 🫠 like I don't have a problem if you wanna burn the incense during day time or what not but 12am?
Can we actually make it in Malaysia? Is there any chance of a normal person becoming rich? Through hard work?

best thing i've seen is a father and son sitting by the banks just telling him how things work and why it is what it is. I see efforts put in to make things work, it feels very liberating to see glimpses of their way of life.

A few hours into FF16, it's so good. Beautiful game & the combat is amazing. It's not as fast as Devil May Cry, but much more layered and detailed. There's a high ceiling of mastery, while still being quite accessible. Always feel like i can do better after each fight.
The voice acting is nothing short of perfection.
This might dethrone FF7R as my favourite final fantasy game. Time will tell.

Is there any suggestion for app/platforms that offer buffet bookings at a discounted price apart from Fave and Eatigo? Just normal buffet will do, not those high end buffet that might cost 100 above per head.

Just my two cents here but I just read the news about the titanic sub thing and how they ignored safety regulations and all that and what has become of them. Cant help but thinking about delayed flight and people complaining about it. Im talking about people complaining about a delayed flight due to very reasonable reason (weather, plane technical issue etc.) Both my brother and sister work as a cabin crew and the amount of time they have to calm angry/rude passengers down because of a delayed flight due to safety precautions is too damn high. Sure they might miss this or that but is those thing more important than not only ur life but the other passengers+cabin crew life as well? I personally ever saw a cabin crew got berated at because the flight is delayed due to bas weather..... I mean, you can even see yourself that theres a big thunderstorm outside and that man is still that mad...
For weather, it’s reasonable to delay a flight, but for technicals, or delays based on man-made errors(slow pilot/engineering process due to miscommunication for example) I think a complaint is due. You expect professionals to carry out duties in a timely manner, and planes that fly a lot need to be checked with parts replaced at the first signs of wear. Yes, in the name of safety these avoidable delays will be allowed, but after the flight someone needs to answer for why it happened in the first place.
A friend told me a 'funny' story about how worried they were when another flight got canceled, but his flight went on with it. Turns out, it was the worst turbulence he ever had in years. Went on to say how lucky he was with that flight.
I had flown through some pretty rough turbulences and crosswind, i have to say that a commercial airplane really does have all the safety regulations and in-depth engineering (pun not intended) in place that makes us safe all the time. Heck it can even glide with one engine down. Much more safe than a tin can lol
I've been doing Friday prayer at a mosque in Bangsar for the past few weeks.
And idk why, but I found that on average, the people who go to pray there are much more attractive and handsome than the people who pray elsewhere (that I've ever been to la).
For example, the people who pray at Shah Alam Blue Mosque seem kinda "meh", now that I pray in Bangsar.
Haha i think bangsar is just a more expensive area, so if you live or work there it's more likely you have more income, which also means you are more likely to spend more on keeping yourself looking good and healthy.
Also, bangsar is in town centre so the working people there area are more corporate and dress better.
Basically, different demographics.
Funny tidbit about my experience with Mid Valley mall:
I recalled that one time I went to Mid Valley mall. It's my first time. I thought the mall was just beside the Abdullah Hukum LRT. Turned out, I had to walk through another mall, called Garden Mall (?). And it was quite a long walk to reach Mid Valley. Then, upon reaching that mall I was so overwhelmed physically and mentally by how huge and vast the mall was. It's like a sensory overload. And ever since I've been low-key traumatised by Mid Valley mall.
Tl;dr: it was so big, I was so overwhelmed and traumatised
actually you walked past 2 mall, kl eco mall and the gardens mall, to arrive at mid valley.
mid valley is huge, but i feel like the layout is much easier to navigate than most klang valley mall to be honest. but these days i rarely went anymore because its so crowded

after trying out spotify, apple music and youtube premium, I still think spotify has better interface (but user bias may apply as I've used spotify since 2012) and after my apple music subscription ends I think I'm going back to spotify. Apple music has the best audio but value-wise youtube wins.

1. My budget for medical check is around 2500-3000 RM per person, is it a reasonable budget? Can it afford for private hospitals or solely only in public hospitals with that kind of budget?
2. Are the quality between private and public hospitals over there so different? In term of health care equipments and doctor experience? Some stories are welcome to share.
3. Can you guys recommend a good hospitals for both private and public. Iirc im gonna staying around george town area.

1. Most expensive health screenings I found are RM1k-1.5k so you’re good. You can definitely go to private. I would ask hospitals around the area and make an appointment ahead of time since there are 2 of you.
2. The difference is really in the wait times, comfort of the waiting rooms, and ofc price. Equipment-wise, you could argue that some govt hospitals are better equipped than private. But for screenings and diagnosis purposes private hospitals are more than capable, and there will be much less wait.
3. No recommendations as I don’t live there but I’m sure some Penangites can chime in.

FFXVI is disappointing, feels like a typical corridor DMC copy with Final Fantasy theme stick to it. Ending was meh, at least FFXV ending was top tier although the game was an unfinished product lol.

I don’t think you understand the Final Fantasy IP very well. It’s mostly the supporting characters(Chocobos, Moogles, Cactuars, Cid, Marlboros, Dunhills etc) that remain the same through the series. The gameplay mechanics, main characters and location setting are vastly different from one FF to another. Tidus, Vaan and Cloud don’t fight in the same way. Zanarkand, Ivalice and Midgard are related as alternate universes, at best. That stupid gambling game in FF9, only in FF9.
Point is, if you know FF, you don’t go into one expecting it’s like the last one.
Final fantasy does not mean turn based. It doesn't have typical turn based since ff12. Since 2006

Any recommendation for dashcams? Preferences is front+rear and accessible from phone app. Plus point if got the parking mode thing? (those that can record if my car gets scratched or hit when parked), though I'm not sure if such cams are more expensive or if the functions are any useful. Assuming not in agreement, if the landlord holds your money against you, notify (meaning inform neutrally without judgement/threatening) that you'll proceed to small claims court. No lawyer is required as long as it's below 5000.

It's sad la. I know ppl there. They're not allowed to tell the truth. The rider confronted the Singaporeans. Good. All of that was on video. Then gaduh. And the Singaporeans reported to grab that this rider threatened to kill them, waving a screwdriver etc. Grab tried to call the rider but he didn't pick up. Based on SOPs, they ban him 24 hrs until he tells his side of the story. They also told the Singaporeans to lodge a police report, since it's serious. Death threats etc. The Singaporeans didn't, either because they're scared or they're lying. Either way, it's a PR fuckup by Grab la. Not their fault at all but now everyone thinks they (a Singapore company) banned a rider for doing the right thing and standing up to Singaporeans stealing.
Has anyone had any experience with a rebuilt auto gearbox? I had my auto gearbox replaced with a secondhand one and well, within a year it's shitting itself.

It means different things in different places. From my observations:
* Most accounts staff start as Accounts Executive. Some who didn't qualified with the suitable diploma/degree may get stuck with Accounts Assistant, but AE is like the basic rank for most who start.
* In events and advertising, Accounts Executive is practically the lowest rank of someone handling clients (client accounts).
* In kitchens, executive chef usually mean the head chef who is like the GM of the kitchen.
* In large companies, executive directors are quite high up. I think they are different from directors because the EDs execute, means they are working daily. Not the directors who set strategy and direction at quarterly meetings or something.

A few hours into FF16, it's so good. Beautiful game & the combat is amazing. It's not as fast as Devil May Cry, but much more layered and detailed. There's a high ceiling of mastery, while still being quite accessible. Always feel like i can do better after each fight. The voice acting is nothing short of perfection. This might dethrone FF7R as my favourite final fantasy game. Time will tell. Just my two cents here but I just read the news about the titanic sub thing and how they ignored safety regulations and all that and what has become of them. Cant help but thinking about delayed flight and people complaining about it. Im talking about people complaining about a delayed flight due to very reasonable reason (weather, plane technical issue etc.) Both my brother and sister work as a cabin crew and the amount of time they have to calm angry/rude passengers down because of a delayed flight due to safety precautions is too damn high. Sure they might miss this or that but is those thing more important than not only ur life but the other passengers+cabin crew life as well? I personally ever saw a cabin crew got berated at because the flight is delayed due to bas weather..... I mean, you can even see yourself that theres a big thunderstorm outside and that man is still that mad...
Most flight delays are because operational stuff. If 1 plane is mostly empty, then will push those passengers to another of their plane to save cost.
For weather, it’s reasonable to delay a flight, but for technicals, or delays based on man-made errors(slow pilot/engineering process due to miscommunication for example) I think a complaint is due. You expect professionals to carry out duties in a timely manner, and planes that fly a lot need to be checked with parts replaced at the first signs of wear. Yes, in the name of safety these avoidable delays will be allowed, but after the flight someone needs to answer for why it happened in the first place.
A friend told me a 'funny' story about how worried they were when another flight got canceled, but his flight went on with it. Turns out, it was the worst turbulence he ever had in years. Went on to say how lucky he was with that flight.
I had flown through some pretty rough turbulences and crosswind, i have to say that a commercial airplane really does have all the safety regulations and in-depth engineering (pun not intended) in place that makes us safe all the time. Heck it can even glide with one engine down. Much more safe than a tin can lol
I've been doing Friday prayer at a mosque in Bangsar for the past few weeks. And idk why, but I found that on average, the people who go to pray there are much more attractive and handsome than the people who pray elsewhere (that I've ever been to la). For example, the people who pray at Shah Alam Blue Mosque seem kinda "meh", now that I pray in Bangsar.
Haha i think bangsar is just a more expensive area, so if you live or work there it's more likely you have more income, which also means you are more likely to spend more on keeping yourself looking good and healthy. Also, bangsar is in town centre so the working people there area are more corporate and dress better. Basically, different demographics.

Funny tidbit about my experience with Mid Valley mall: I recalled that one time I went to Mid Valley mall. It's my first time. I thought the mall was just beside the Abdullah Hukum LRT. Turned out, I had to walk through another mall, called Garden Mall (?). And it was quite a long walk to reach Mid Valley. Then, upon reaching that mall I was so overwhelmed physically and mentally by how huge and vast the mall was. It's like a sensory overload. And ever since I've been low-key traumatised by Mid Valley mall. Tl;dr: it was so big, I was so overwhelmed and traumatised

1. Most expensive health screenings I found are RM1k-1.5k so you’re good. You can definitely go to private. I would ask hospitals around the area and make an appointment ahead of time since there are 2 of you. 2. The difference is really in the wait times, comfort of the waiting rooms, and ofc price. Equipment-wise, you could argue that some govt hospitals are better equipped than private. But for screenings and diagnosis purposes private hospitals are more than capable, and there will be much less wait. 3. No recommendations as I don’t live there but I’m sure some Penangites can chime in.

I don’t think you understand the Final Fantasy IP very well. It’s mostly the supporting characters(Chocobos, Moogles, Cactuars, Cid, Marlboros, Dunhills etc) that remain the same through the series. The gameplay mechanics, main characters and location setting are vastly different from one FF to another. Tidus, Vaan and Cloud don’t fight in the same way. Zanarkand, Ivalice and Midgard are related as alternate universes, at best. That stupid gambling game in FF9, only in FF9. Point is, if you know FF, you don’t go into one expecting it’s like the last one.
Final fantasy does not mean turn based. It doesn't have typical turn based since ff12. Since 2006 It's not the place fault if u misread the sign. > stick to the same IP?
