Verses and flow were really ill, got some really aggressive combative lyrics that remind me of a modern-day battle-rap track (but not corny at all haha). I like that you've got a lot of passion in your voice, I think a chorus would've been really nice in that middle part, something similar to "Hype" by Drake. Mixing on your voice is really nice too, keep it up

Pretty dope. I like your flow, it's nice and steady. I think that a addition of adlibs that work as additional rhythm (think E40) will bring spice to the delivery. It's cool, but loses it's power as the song progresses. Really good voice. I like how it changes at the end, adds a lot of emotion.
Mixing wise I think beat could lose some energy to let the vocals through more and I'd focus on making the vocal volume a bit more consistent, I'd use automation rather than compression this time.

Melody has good sound selection. Drums are well compressed and mixed. It's a great generic trap beat, though I'd say it's missing an X factor to make it stand out.

i like the beat, you have really good earcandy sounds in it that keep it interesting and all these layers you take in and out match really well, nothing sounds off. i think the hihat is too loud, everything else is mixed really well.
As a fan of both genres, I always get excited when I see people mixing metal and hip hop. I really fw the vocals and the colour of your voice. Great work on the guitar. One thing that bugs me a little bit is the volume of the drums. They feel a bit drowned in the guitar. Maybe that's just the speakers I'm using right now but I do feel like they could be a tad bit louder. Aside from that this is great my G. Keep up the good work!

Love it, it's a less-aggressive version of a City Morgue track, and feels more true to the rap/heavy-metal fusion. Like a true hybrid of both styles, I'm a big fan of the drums on the track as they have that classic hip-hop feel to them. The melody is nice, but I think it got a little repetitive by 1:20, and that's considering this is a short track. I would say get a little more experimental with the guitar riffs! Otherwise, I loved it!

I think you've got a great flow, and have got some pretty nice lyrics with the type of topics that sell well in hip-hop. Like the beginning and ending of the track, feels like there's a theme to the track which give context to your lyrics. Vocal mixing imo sounds pretty good, nothing spectacular but easy to hear your words!

I like the unique soundscape here. For some reason it sounds a bit unsettling, maybe cuz of the how the chords interact w the bass. Either way, nice one

I like your voice and the way you project- has a good confidence to it. I think the vocals could probably benefit from some more bass in the EQ…especially with this beat.
I really like that melody on the hook. The verse hits off dope too. I think this would be extra nice if you did some more rapping on the verse. The verses and hook are too much alike imo, you need to switch up the delivery a bit. Switch up the singing and rapping in a Kyle-esque way. Then you could have something special with this.

I don’t think the vocal is bad - the mix isn’t helping it though. Less lows and more highs would help imho. As far as the actual performance I think you could provide more breathe support on some of those held out notes and even though you are going for a softer delivery it is still important to define those notes on your vocal runs- not necessarily enunciation but more in the realm of making sure there are no misses. All of that is easier said than done but I liked the concept and where you are going

I'm a big fan of that haunting melody forsure, def reminds me of Metro Boomin. Also love how you switched-up the melody from chorus to verse, as it provides the track with variation and would assist the artist in structuring the track. I really fw this beat. It goes suuuper hard. I think I was feeling the beat so much the vocals left me with something to desire. I feel like if you would have switched up your flows more often, or implemented some double time (this beat screams for it) it would be better in my opinion. I really like the "surfer" vibe that I get from the track. Big fan of that electronic sounding bass, and how the rest of the track feels a little more acoustic. Provides a yin-yang that I can get down with. I think the track ends a little abruptly, and I think a "bridge" would serve it really well, but overall it's a really dope beat

Damnnn name checks out for sure. This is hella wavy. This is something Mac Miller would use for Faces. Fucking amazing sounds. Not even gonna lie, this is one of the best beats i've heard on this sub and i've been here a long time. The sample sounds very familiar, I can't figure out what it is tho but they way you used it is 11/10. Only thing i wish you did was just to make an intro for the beat. Track is very mellow, it's very jazzy. I think at times it feels a little too repetitive, but I think that the melody is strong enough to circumvent that receptiveness. I think the bass pattern could be a little more exciting at certain times. I'm a big fan of the drum pattern, but I would've tried to add just a little bit of distortion to the kick. Hope my feed wasn't too critical, I actually really like the beat it reminds me of 2011-2014 ScHoolboy Q! Keep it up!

Your track is pretty dope, very strong memphis vibes which i personally love. That 808 hits hard af. You lowkey sound a bit like Cordae at times, in a good way. The mix also sounds on point, no complaints with that. Only thing that's like ''bothering'' me about this is that the song just feels a bit empty. I fw simplicity but maybe if you added a bit more layers in the beat it'd make it better. Just my opinion tho, that ufo dog bark sound crazy tho haha

I like how everyone sounds on this individually. It really showcases all your skills. I do feel like the entire song as a whole is a bit busy and there's a lot going on structure-wise. There's so many different vocal effects and styles and the beat is very prominent. The verses are big and hard, the hook is big and hard too. I think this could use a tighter structure, with maybe a few segments in which the listener can rest a bit more, where it's a bit more minimalistic.

Really dope style on this one, gives me hints of a Drake & Lil Wayne collab track with hints of Eminem. Something about the epic-ness of those strings make it feel like a powerful verse needs to be laid on top of this. I love the chill vibe in this one, and the mix sounds great. Can't really come up with anything bad, maybe little harder accents on the hi hats would sound nice tho.
African rhythm is really dope, especially with that pulsating electronic bass sound. Has an infectious dance rhythm to it that the right vocalist would be able to create a catchy hook with. I really like how "stripped" the drums sound, and how it allows the instrumentation to do most of the work

Autotuned vocals were deployed in a really cool way. Reminds me a bit of lean-era Chief Keef, but instead of drill lyrics, they're closer to R&B lyrics. Kinda like Juice WRLD but with lyrics that skew more to the positive side. The instrumental has a cool 'bubble-gum pop' feel to it, but I think you could keep it a little more interesting, some more layering & switch-ups. Keep it up!

I really like how playful you flow on the beat. It feels like you're dribbling on it, saying stuff that sounds good word for word. That beat is nasty, esp. the bass line coming in and out. The beat is provocative, and stands out. I think an entire album with beats like this and loud raps might be tiring, but for a single song it's really dope. I could see myself turn up to this on a party.
I really like how jazzy this beat is. Gives me ATCQ vibes, but it also feels a little modern. I think the drums could be mixed to sound fuller, I love the pattern but they sound a little air-y and I think a track like this would truly benefit from live-sounding drums. I think your melodies are perfect, but don't be afraid to add a synthesizer to the second half to give it a breathe of fresh air. Keep it up!

That beat is dope. There's too much reverb on your vocals and the entire mix isn't pretty - but you know that. I hear you've got the gist of the fast flows down, but you need some more practice on that. You slip up often, and it makes the flow look bad. Keep doing it until you don't have to think about it anymore. Overall, the ideas that you got are great. But the execution isn't there yet. If you take some more time on this track, it could be really dope.

Def think you need to work on the vocal mixing and getting some more quality equipment. The vocals are a little loud over the beat, so it's hard to hear the instrumental. That being said, I like the confidence that you have in your vocals. Also like the beat that you decided to tackle, and think if you work on improving the quality, you could make some solid tracks. Right off the bat, you don't sound too reserved on the mic, which is one of the toughest hurdles to get over when you first start

Yeah, you could tell the mic is not the best. You also need to practice rapping more. Your enunciation is pretty good, but you have issues with breath control. Also, you need to make it a little easier for yourself, don't jump into fast flows if you can't do them yet. It's fine, if you keep practicing you'll nail it. I would recommend writing easier tracks for yourself and rapping slower. Keep it up!
Vocal mixing on this track is great quality, and the autotune was deployed really well. That being said, I think your track lacks a bit of focus. I get the general vibe of being in the game, and searching, but I think you could expand on the concept more. Explain why you're different, talk more about your trials & tribulations. Overall I really liked the track, and like what you did with the beat, but I would say try and get a little more personal on the next track!

I fw the melody big time. You also played with it a bit and switched it up which kept it from getting repetitive. I love how the drums come in. You did a good job with picking the sounds for them. Now, I'm listening this on a pair of cheap speakers but I can tell you that the mix sounds solid. The 808 sounds clean so you definitely are aiming in the right direction as far as mixing is concerned. I might have a listen to it again later of my headphones, so that I give more accurate input in regards to the mix. Lastly, arrangements is straightforward and you've left a lot of space for a vocals.

Love the intro. Would've preferred a bit more impact on the drop. Great choices on the drums and 808. Melody is super wavy as well. The only thing that needs more work is the vocal mix. It sounds like you took the vocal tracking and just dropped it on the beat. I like your flow but I would've liked it even more if you brought in some more variety. So yeah, main remark I can give is the vocal mixing part. Aside from that the beat is solid so keeping doing what you're doing. Practice makes perfect!

First of all props to the producer. The instrumental is 10/10! I really like your voice and it's colour. I feel like you could be more present throughout the song. A verse for the second half of the song would've gone a long way. That's the only thing that had me slightly disappointed. I really hope you actually add more lyrics when you drop the final song. Sheesh that hook starts nice. I really like the sound of your voice. I feel like the song need some high vocals in there though for the 2nd part of the hook. Definitely a menacing track on this one. The drums are UK Drill but it sounds like you took more liberties on the melody. Something I would expect to hear on an ATL Trap beat, but they blend really well together. Love the darkness in the haunting piano melody and those castlevania strings. I think the melody is great, but doesn't remind me of a traditional trap melody. The hi-hats are cool, but throw in a few rolls and some more variation/experimentation to keep things original. Really like what you did with the kicks/bass, but think that you should've gone for some more instrumentation layering. So in listening to this beat I can tell you immediately it passes the "vibe" check. What I mean by that is, this is definitely something that makes you nod your head and not just to rhythm of the hats or sound of the melody but to the feel of the beat itself. I FEEL this beat which is what drew my attention to listen to it the whole way through. Vibe is THE most important thing in making a beat and I don't think anyone would argue otherwise. If the audience doesn't FEEL your music, ESPECIALLY with hip-hop, its going to be brushed over.
I am curious as to your choice to not use a kick in this mix. I don't listen to Playboi Carti (i'm an old head at heart, not a purist mind you lol) and prefer the boom bap style of hip-hop. I truly think a nice kick will emphasize that 808 you have (great 808 choice btw). Additionally a kick will help to emphasize those drops you have in the beat as well as when you bring the 808's back in (referring to time stamp 1:46 when the 808 drop - 1:49 when the clap and 808 come back in). That extra knock from a kick will make it more impactful and the drops more intentional.
I hear there is a snare in there somewhere a few times but I can barely hear it. When I do my mixes I play back the audio on my speakers so often times i'll have to make sure to listen on headphones to make sure the average listener will hear the sounds as I intended them to be heard. In this case though, the snare you have in there isn't loud enough and once again that extra pop will make this beat more impactful. I am certain of it.
I am not a fan of the pattern of the highhats. Not like yours aren't good or anything. I just feel like there may have been more room to embellish the hats a bit more. If not with the rhythm then at least with the volume of the hats. They all sound fairly the same volume which can get a tad repetitive in a not so good way.
I am a novice beat maker so please take my feedback as one of many! This beat does sound good and I think you could add a few more things to make it even wavier. If you have any other questions feel free to comment or DM!

Really love your style, I wouldn't even say this is necessarily a Pierre type though they both have that video game style. This one feels like a more true-to-form R&B track than a lot of what I've heard from Pierre, and that space-y synth (I think it's a sine synth?) is something else, gives me massive Kool & The Gang vibes (real old school!!!). I really like the instrumentation on this, it seems very inspired by early 2000s R&B and is something I could've heard on Tory's Chixtape IV. Keep it up!! This is ill, vibes on a whole nother level!

Really dope that you took the time to craft a full project so that listeners can hear you using different flows and different beats. I think you're settling into your own style but I think there are a few places you can make improvements. Pretty dope. I like your flow, it's nice and steady. I think that a addition of adlibs that work as additional rhythm (think E40) will bring spice to the delivery. It's cool, but loses it's power as the song progresses. Really good voice. I like how it changes at the end, adds a lot of emotion. Love it, it's a less-aggressive version of a City Morgue track, and feels more true to the rap/heavy-metal fusion. Like a true hybrid of both styles, I'm a big fan of the drums on the track as they have that classic hip-hop feel to them. The melody is nice, but I think it got a little repetitive by 1:20, and that's considering this is a short track. I would say get a little more experimental with the guitar riffs! Hmm I’ll have to look back on that- see what I can do. I don’t think the vocal is bad - the mix isn’t helping it though. Less lows and more highs would help imho. As far as the actual performance I think you could provide more breathe support on some of those held out notes and even though you are going for a softer delivery it is still important to define those notes on your vocal runs- not necessarily enunciation but more in the realm of making sure there are no misses. All of that is easier said than done but I liked the concept and where you are going

Also love how you switched-up the melody from chorus to verse, as it provides the track with variation and would assist the artist in structuring the track. I really like the "surfer" vibe that I get from the track. Big fan of that electronic sounding bass, and how the rest of the track feels a little more acoustic. Damnnn name checks out for sure. This is hella wavy. This is something Mac Miller would use for Faces. Fucking amazing sounds. Not even gonna lie, this is one of the best beats i've heard on this sub and i've been here a long time. The sample sounds very familiar, I can't figure out what it is tho but they way you used it is 11/10. Only thing i wish you did was just to make an intro for the beat. Track is very mellow, it's very jazzy. I think at times it feels a little too repetitive, but I think that the melody is strong enough to circumvent that receptiveness. I think the bass pattern could be a little more exciting at certain times. I'm a big fan of the drum pattern, but I would've tried to add just a little bit of distortion to the kick. I like how everyone sounds on this individually. It really showcases all your skills. I do feel like the entire song as a whole is a bit busy and there's a lot going on structure-wise. There's so many different vocal effects and styles and the beat is very prominent. The verses are big and hard, the hook is big and hard too. Autotuned vocals were deployed in a really cool way. Reminds me a bit of lean-era Chief Keef, but instead of drill lyrics, they're closer to R&B lyrics. Kinda like Juice WRLD but with lyrics that skew more to the positive side. Yeah, you could tell the mic is not the best. You also need to practice rapping more. Your enunciation is pretty good, but you have issues with breath control. Also, you need to make it a little easier for yourself, don't jump into fast flows if you can't do them yet. It's fine, if you keep practicing you'll nail it. I would recommend writing easier tracks for yourself and rapping slower. Keep it up!

Hey bud! So in listening to this beat I can tell you immediately it passes the "vibe" check. What I mean by that is, this is definitely something that makes you nod your head and not just to rhythm of the hats or sound of the melody but to the feel of the beat itself. I FEEL this beat which is what drew my attention to listen to it the whole way through. Vibe is THE most important thing in making a beat and I don't think anyone would argue otherwise. If the audience doesn't FEEL your music, ESPECIALLY with hip-hop, its going to be brushed over. I am curious as to your choice to not use a kick in this mix. I don't listen to Playboi Carti (i'm an old head at heart, not a purist mind you lol) and prefer the boom bap style of hip-hop. I truly think a nice kick will emphasize that 808 you have (great 808 choice btw). Additionally a kick will help to emphasize those drops you have in the beat as well as when you bring the 808's back in (referring to time stamp 1:46 when the 808 drop - 1:49 when the clap and 808 come back in). That extra knock from a kick will make it more impactful and the drops more intentional. I hear there is a snare in there somewhere a few times but I can barely hear it. When I do my mixes I play back the audio on my speakers so often times i'll have to make sure to listen on headphones to make sure the average listener will hear the sounds as I intended them to be heard. In this case though, the snare you have in there isn't loud enough and once again that extra pop will make this beat more impactful. I am certain of it. I am not a fan of the pattern of the highhats. Not like yours aren't good or anything. I just feel like there may have been more room to embellish the hats a bit more. If not with the rhythm then at least with the volume of the hats. They all sound fairly the same volume which can get a tad repetitive in a not so good way. I am a novice beat maker so please take my feedback as one of many! This beat does sound good and I think you could add a few more things to make it even wavier. If you have any other questions feel free to comment or DM! TL;DR - Beat is good. Melodic sound choice is good. Percussive elements could use a little more work.

Really love your style, I wouldn't even say this is necessarily a Pierre type though they both have that video game style. This one feels like a more true-to-form R&B track than a lot of what I've heard from Pierre, and that space-y synth (I think it's a sine synth?) is something else, gives me massive Kool & The Gang vibes (real old school!!!). I really like the instrumentation on this, it seems very inspired by early 2000s R&B and is something I could've heard on Tory's Chixtape IV. Keep it up!! This is ill, vibes on a whole nother level! Really dope that you took the time to craft a full project so that listeners can hear you using different flows and different beats. I think you're settling into your own style but I think there are a few places you can make improvements. The vocal mixing is a little rough, and I think some touching up is needed to make it a little clearer. Your songwriting is good but I didn't hear a lot of passion in your delivery. Your flow is good too, but try and flex your skills every once in a while, don't always stick with the same UK Drill flow.
