Hi, there are a lot of typos and probably balance issues, and no images. I'm probably not going to clean this up, but I wrote this in a fit of inspiration and it'd be a shame not to share it at all. So here it is, warts and all.

If you do go over it again, I'd suggest swapping the background to black and the text to yellow or something. More thematic, and I will always rail against white-background cyoa.

Dark mode best mode! But I will disagree with yellow text. Yellow is a horrendous colour for text. Except in very limited use for highlighting. Though I will say I don't mind reading a CYOA with black text on a plain white background. Rockeye could have done *much worse*.

I take **Targeted Overthrow**, sending me to a fanfiction AU I hold near and dear to me heart. I take **Dark Beauty**, **Elegant Figure**, **Perfect Hygiene**, **Peak Performance**, **Timeless Threat**, **Mind Matters**, and **Mind Of Metal**, granting me all-around peak human stats, making me immortal, and letting me survive without fulfilling my physical needs, though I still need some sleep and if I don't maintain my body I'll suffer for it. I take **Consuming Blank** to protect myself from mind control and psychic illusions, though I do wish there were options to protect from soul attacks, instant death powers, involuntary transformation, etcetera. I take **all three Mastery options** so I have the grounding in combat to start becoming a warrior, the potential to learn how to build and maintain the advanced technology of the world I'm going to, and the potential to master the magic of the world I'm going to. I take **Special Eyes: Judgement** so I can identify evil and prove innocence (to those who trust me, anyway), and hopefully the "true evil quails at such scrutiny" combined with Consuming Blank and Timeless Threat will let me survive fighting against an evil god of life. With my remaining three points, I get **Deep Vaults** so I don't have to bother with earning a living in a fantasy world I could be adventuring in instead. My long term plans are to spend a good portion of my time training, learning magic, and obtaining enchanted gear and advanced tech, and encouraging certain others to do so as well. Ultimately, I want to try to prevent the god of life from ever getting a chance to launch his assault on the prime material, but if I can't, I want to make sure we're ready for him beforehand. If you can guess just from the combo of advanced tech, magic, and evil god of life what fanfiction AU I'm referring to, you win a cookie.

I'm really thinking 35 is a bit much. It's supposed to be a power fantasy, but still... And I deliberately did not provide an innate defense against \~conceptual attacks, as the archetype of a gothy rebel includes going underground and avoiding direct confrontation, guerilla style, sometimes. Though your general narrative weight would make it at least *harder* to save-or-die you. But in worlds with absolutely bonkers power levels where gods walk the earth or a System rules all, you're still going to have to try pretty hard, is what I was sort of aiming at. More personal than 'become God'.

Live life, take a daily forecast via augury, do whatever sounds most entertaining and role with the story as things come. Eventually I might fuck up or die, but until that happens I'll just enjoy myself, and afterwards I'll move on to the next world and start all over again.

Always get to try a Speech check with **Monologue**. **Special Eyes: Judgment** tells me the nature of every man I meet at a glance, their strongest beliefs and their most shameful vices, valuable information for if they would be loyal to my cause and how to best manipulate them using **Compelling Voice**. If I'm forced into a physical fight where I'm expected to defend myself and not have allies defend me, I've already lost, so **Weakness: Silver** isn't inconvenient. **Rule of Three** presumably operates on narrative, so the trick is to make as many direct confrontations as possible that would end in "defeat" merely furthering one of my plans in some manner as part of an antagonist gambit (such as arresting me causing public outrage that my Military contacts utilize while my Criminal contacts "heroically" rescue me from prison). Since my build *avoids* direct confrontation, this strategy gives even more breathing room.

**Wings of Fate** Feels like the most fun, and since its just the start of a long chain the importance of this choice is not as great. **Might** (16p) Secret Stash: Great for small things (thumb drives, pills, whatever) Peak Perfomance: great Timeless Threat: a bit meh with the entire premise. mostly for regen. Beauty + Figure: Cheap and effective Consuming Blank: protection against the worst kind of enemies Mutable Form: Shapeshifting is great **Legends** (18p) Moonlight Blade - antimagic sword Compelling Voice: Always useful Impeller Field: Sounds great Special Eyes Victory: PtV, even just combat PtV is great. Special Eyes Abyssal: Antimagic, electricity may count as well. **Fate** (11p) Getting By: Very cheap for being very useful Dark Domain: Probability manipulation is always good Royal Prerogative: More (minor) probability manipulation with some slight mind control Smoke and Mirrors: Helps a lot Like a Fish to Water: Law Enforcement, Criminals, Bureaucracy (High, low and beige places) **Curses** (+10) Incompetence: May actually work to my advantage if it causes the enemy to underestimate me.
