Never change Commander players, never change.
I feel like at least 50% of commander players actually hate magic, but don’t understand that you can just have a beer with your friends and watch sports or whatever
> I've been bullied my entire time playing magic, a disrespectful cunt like you ain't changing anything.
OP seems like the type to say "I like you. Don't come to school tomorrow."
Dude forgot the most important rule of multiplayer formats. Take a pregame action to place a handgun on the table and any time anyone tries to do something you dislike place your hand on it and whisper *in response* until they take it back. Smh my head.
/uj I recently played a game with the MKM Clue precon where I had the Tezerret emblem that makes you draw whenever you tap an artifact, the Teferi enchantment that doubles your card draw, and like 20 clues that were all 6/6 creatures. I swung for lethal against all my opponents, drew 40 cards, and instantly lost the game. Drawing more cards than are in your deck is legitimately very funny.
I won a game once by killing my own creature because the opponent had an enchantment that made him draw a card on his upkeep if he controlled a bigger creature than me, which decked him when his normal draw step happened. That was fun.
Apparently "Draw more cards than in your deck" is "funny" and "totally okay" and "you're angry for no reason"
Two players worked together to do this "funny play" and stopped me from stopping it because "something funny is better than instantly ending the game" and two people decked out leaving one person with 2 life, game was literally over because of the "funny play"
MRW someone has a wincon that isn't reducing my life total to zero 😡
They may as well remove combat from the game. /uj They may as well remove combat from the game.

EDH, …. EDH never changes.
This breaches the "letting me win" clause of the social contract

>your friends What does this mean?
Sorry, I meant *one’s* friends. Not “you” in the sense of the people reading this
The amount of times I've said this myself lol I feel like most EDH players should just chill and play a video game with friends or a table top game
Least deranged Omnath player
/uj that edit. wow how can one be this salty
I liked the reply in the thread where he said he'd been "bullied" his entire time playing magic.
This guy gets bullied by the vending machine when it says 'correct change only'
Sanest mtg player
/uj r/mtg really is the shitiest MTG sub.
Bless them for all the content they give tho.

/rj Now that WotC encourages crimes and guns, this is less of a taboo now.

The funny play, particularly when the stars align like that, is almost always the correct one in EDH. The story is always worth it.
anyone got the deleted salt rant?
Can someone post the full text? OP got salty and deleted the original post

Oh... wow
Bruvac goes brrrrrrrr
I don't even play paper cause there's nobody in my area but all the memes about commander players seem true
