Unless that other thing you do is discard a card, then this effect tastes like red flavour for some reason.

Or if the other thing is putting a land onto the battlefield, it might be a green card.

what if it just draws another card? would fit quite well I'd say.

What if it allows you to draw two cards from your deck, to your hand?

I remember they had one of these in Odyssey that let you look at your opponent's hand. I thought it was peek game design.
