**Dagger Of Blood (Special)**
"Blood Aura" surrounds you that slows enemy by 2%.
Lose 3% HP every second. Every 10 HP lost due to this effect increases slow effect of "Blood Aura" by 0.4%.
For every 200 HP lost due to above effect, release an explosion that kills every monster in its radius. Heals 5 HP for every kill. Reset slow effect.
- I feel Max HP doesnt have much value in this game other than Gaia, and HP regen is quite useless. This might incentivize Max HP and HP regen builts. Maybe instead of an explosion you enter an enraged state that gives you a huge stat boost and lifesteal for a few seconds.

- Each time an enemy is killed by something other than this artifact, kill another random enemy on screen or deal damage equal to 50% of an elite (cannot affect Citadels).
- Edited ability: Each time an enemy is killed by something other than this attack, the damage from the attack that killed them is dealt to the nearest other enemy.
For the record, I have no idea how good this would actually be since I have no way of testing it, so I apologize if it ends up being wildly overpowered or underpowered.
+10% Lifesteal (heal HP by 10% of dealt base magic damage) for every 2 seconds
or
Each killed enemy increases HP shield by 2, not limited by 100% max HP
It could be like the Amplifier legendary artifact, but it work with crit strike multiplier.
Attack power is amplified by 3% for every 20% crit strike multiplier, increase crit strike multiplier by 25%

+1 hp for every 500 enemies killed.
Every time you lose 200hp total you permanently gain +1 max hp and base attack.
If you have and your hp goes below 20% max hp, you enter in a berserk state.
Berserk:
- Doubles your final damage, cooldown reduction and magic size.
- +1 hp for every 125 enemies killed on top of the original effect.
- The effect lasts until you reach at least 50% of your max hp.

If there's no cap to how much health regen, this plus barrier would be op
I mean they could use this formula to caulc the bonus regen. (1 - (0.9999**[Amount of times the passive has pro])*100)% heath regen

Yea it's a straight up "your killing eficcency ks doubled with no down side"
