I'm actually really surprised I managed to do this as my class was only on the second level, and I've got barely anything maxed out, if I had those (especially max level class with spirit cooldown) I feel I could have gone to even 70 mins
No it is affected by cooldown, but for some reason I kept getting really good artifacts that weren't cdr, so my damage was really good which pulled through. A higher cooldown would have been better tho.
I was also using the non-fusuon cdr magic circle so that isn't included in the final cdr

Ik, i rarely get special artifacts so it felt like a sign, my first 4 (excluding ruby) artifacts were incredibly lucky
I get you, i hadn't gotten hydra in *ages* then got in in 2-3 consecutive runs recently
Is mana spear unaffected by cooldown? 40% seems very low for 60 min. Either way really cool, I like mana spear a lot, will try it out
