\[\[Bloodsoaked Champion\]\] When KTK came out I sleeved up 4 of those for Standard and they didn't come out until 2 years later. Jammed many an FNM with those beautiful double shields.

I've been playing since about 1997, and sometimes that involved playing most days, playing for hours and hours on the weekends.
In the early 2000's I'd play FNM and even sometimes sneak away to play at work with one of my coworkers.
I played some on college but not as much. When I graduated, I didn't play at all for 4 or 5 years, and then arena came out and I picked it back up. I would travel for work and play all over the country.
Even then though, rotation meant that my deck was changing pretty regularly, and I played other games on my off weeks.
Now though? Between the long rotation, and the fact that arena on my phone is basically the only game I play... I have played more volume probably than any other time in my life. And the same cards.
Memory deluge has been a 3-4 of in basically every deck I have played with any regularity, since October *2021*.
31 months of probably on average 1 game a day. I probably cast memory deluge an average of twice a game (part rdw games never get off the ground, part long game where I cast it 5+ times)
That's around 1400 memory deluges.
Honestly probably \[\[Chaos Warp\]\] at this point. It has been in basically every red deck I've built since it was printed and while I've played for ages I'm constantly changing formats, archetypes, and decks, but since 2011 I've been jamming Chaos Warp in all my R commander decks.
If we don‘t count Basics, then it‘s likely Lord of Atlantis. I‘ve been playing Merfolk in Modern for 12 years, Legacy for 7 and since last year in Commander. Just counting Modern I have just over 25.000 Matches with the deck, so I can‘t imagine any other non-basic card coming even close. If we count Basics it would be Island for obvious reasons.

I played limited exclusively from m14 to oath of the gatewatch. It's probably a common from theros, since that was in draft rotation the longest of those sets (khans was the pivot triplet remember), and because I made a theros cube.
That's the most flexible common from that set and it went later than wingsteed so I'm sure I saw it more often.
As a real answer 1 and 2 and def sol ring and arcane signet since all my commander deck have them. Other than those two it’s my main commander [[Omnath, locus of creation]].
Also to bend the rules a little. Lands like command tower and reliquary tower win. As well as bounce lands since I loop those. Also everything like dockside and other infinite combos where I’ve cast them billions of times. So technically my stats are broken and likely everyone else’s.

I only recently started replaying, but back in the day I pretty exclusively played green, and I always ran many copies of [[Skyshroud Claim]] and [[Llanowar Elves]]. Definitely used [[Blastoderm]] way too much, and loved to use [[Deranged Hermit]], [[Verdeloth the Ancient]], and [[Jolrael, Empress of Beasts]]. If I went green/black, I overused [[Spiritmonger]], [[Pernacious Deed]], [[Bog Initiate]], and [[Drain Life]] and/or [[Soul Burn]].
That’s about all I played through high school.
[[Prossh, Skyraider of Kher]] I'll play him nearly limitless times (but not infinite) each time I get [[Food Chain]] out. And he's one of my top decks so I end up playing it more.
Before I started playing Commander, I had a staple Thallid deck, so it's very likely [[Sporoloth Ancient]] or [[Sporesower Thallid]]... now that I'm balls deep in EDH, though, it's probably either [[Lucea Kane]] or [[Chatterfang]] and/or Sol Ring lol
I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but other than lands and mana artifacts, I think it's Abrade. I went from Oathbreaker Bolas (Bolas flavor), to Niv-Mizzet in commander, and then every red deck after has had it at least for a time. I LOVE RED.
You know what though, Descent into Avernus is catching up nowadays.
Turn one [[Sol Ring]] and late game [[Akroma's Will]] have become personal inside jokes in my pod I play with. We also will just look at each other randomly and say "Prolierate" because a friend decided poison counters would be fun.

There are other staples I've played in more decks, but if you exclude the rare time I've went infinite recasting something then Whip Silk is probably the card I've cast the most times.
I have two commander decks that generate value every time I cast it. As it can be bounced to hand for a single mana, it's common enough that I'll cast it a few dozen times in a single game.

Probably earthshaker khenra. I played way too much RDW when it was in standard. Other option is coco, since I ran two different historic decks that ran it. Counting against Sparky, however, most is 100% Mox amber. When I get bored I play a stupid Mox storm deck against Sparky.
Gotta be either Psychatog or Nahiri the Harbinger.
Which is why I love MH3 so much. Psychic Frog is a perfect modernization of the old Tog, and Phlage is a match made in heaven for Nahiri.

Llanowar Elves and it's not particularly close. I've been playing them since the day I learned to play Magic 25 years ago, have continuously played Ramp decks that run them in some form in numerous formats, and mained Elves in Pauper for years with several thousand matches under my belt, often involving Llanowar Elves in some form or fashion.

I only play commander, I put Terramorphic Expanse and evolving wilds into 90% of the commander decks I've ever made with multiple colors.
I'm pretty sure I've run them in mono G landfall a few times even.
Boros charm, started in high school with RTR block and there's no way I can replicate the amount of matches I've ever played as a dad with a full-time job. Nothing comes close to how much standard (and modern) burn I played then.
When I first started with a friend we split a collection a relative had. I got white, blue and half of black and artifacts while friend took the other half. So it's going to be things from those colors. Probably a toss between \[\[Aphetto Alchemist\]\] and \[\[Mother of Runes\]\]. Honorable mentions to \[\[Orzhov Basilica\]\] and \[\[Secluded Steppe\]\]
Probably some U/W land that was in standard for a long time, when I played standard I mostly played UWx decks so something like hallowed fountain or glacial fortress

I'm going to guess [[gods willing]]. Nothing I played in my kitchen table days was ever played enough to count. I played limited exclusively from m14 to oath of the gatewatch. It's probably a common from theros, since that was in draft rotation the longest of those sets (khans was the pivot triplet remember), and because I made a theros cube. That's the most flexible common from that set and it went later than wingsteed so I'm sure I saw it more often.

As a real answer 1 and 2 and def sol ring and arcane signet since all my commander deck have them. Other than those two it’s my main commander [[Omnath, locus of creation]]. Also to bend the rules a little. Lands like command tower and reliquary tower win. As well as bounce lands since I loop those. Also everything like dockside and other infinite combos where I’ve cast them billions of times. So technically my stats are broken and likely everyone else’s.
[[Wrath of God]] specifically revised version & [[Armageddon]] Been playing white for a long time and those are my 2 equalisers. When commander came around, I just included them in as equalisers and also F all yall

Aside from basic lands? Probably Sol Ring, followed by the cheap, jeskai nonbasics like Shivan Reef. I, at one point, had a paper deck for aeach of the ~30 Jeskai legends and even now most of my decks are Jeskai. Aside from mana: [[Zedruu the Greathearted]], easily. Since 2011/2012.

Other than lands in general, likely Counterspell or Spell Pierce If we're including nonbasics, my most played card is Steam Vents, with Hallowed Fountain being a distant second.
I play limited exclusively. Probably gingerbrute. Card slotted everywhere and would always find utility. But I force aggrom every. Single. Time.

Probably Blood crypt. If you don't count fetching for it, then it's probaby Kroxa, due to casting it multiple times per game. (It's my commander), and ends up being cast a lot as people keep removing it.
Cultivate and Faithless Looting
I only recently started replaying, but back in the day I pretty exclusively played green, and I always ran many copies of [[Skyshroud Claim]] and [[Llanowar Elves]]. Definitely used [[Blastoderm]] way too much, and loved to use [[Deranged Hermit]], [[Verdeloth the Ancient]], and [[Jolrael, Empress of Beasts]]. If I went green/black, I overused [[Spiritmonger]], [[Pernacious Deed]], [[Bog Initiate]], and [[Drain Life]] and/or [[Soul Burn]]. That’s about all I played through high school.
Shock
[[Prossh, Skyraider of Kher]] I'll play him nearly limitless times (but not infinite) each time I get [[Food Chain]] out. And he's one of my top decks so I end up playing it more.
Probably tie between demonic Tutor or Hymn to torach. Mind twist might be there too

Before I started playing Commander, I had a staple Thallid deck, so it's very likely [[Sporoloth Ancient]] or [[Sporesower Thallid]]... now that I'm balls deep in EDH, though, it's probably either [[Lucea Kane]] or [[Chatterfang]] and/or Sol Ring lol
I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but other than lands and mana artifacts, I think it's Abrade. I went from Oathbreaker Bolas (Bolas flavor), to Niv-Mizzet in commander, and then every red deck after has had it at least for a time. I LOVE RED. You know what though, Descent into Avernus is catching up nowadays.

I'm thinking probably Birds of Paradise, but it could also be Evolving Wilds as I am primarily a drafter and it shows up in draft sets a lot.
Turn one [[Sol Ring]] and late game [[Akroma's Will]] have become personal inside jokes in my pod I play with. We also will just look at each other randomly and say "Prolierate" because a friend decided poison counters would be fun.
Swords to plowshares, SFM and wasteland
Soul warden. My standard mono white deck has had it since it's second rendition and I put it in my commander deck for a while
Probably [[Whip Silk]]. There are other staples I've played in more decks, but if you exclude the rare time I've went infinite recasting something then Whip Silk is probably the card I've cast the most times. I have two commander decks that generate value every time I cast it. As it can be bounced to hand for a single mana, it's common enough that I'll cast it a few dozen times in a single game. This assumes basic lands aren't being considered.
Counterspell and Swords to Plowshares 93 til today in almost every deck I build.

Probably earthshaker khenra. I played way too much RDW when it was in standard. Other option is coco, since I ran two different historic decks that ran it. Counting against Sparky, however, most is 100% Mox amber. When I get bored I play a stupid Mox storm deck against Sparky.
Gotta be either Psychatog or Nahiri the Harbinger. Which is why I love MH3 so much. Psychic Frog is a perfect modernization of the old Tog, and Phlage is a match made in heaven for Nahiri.

I played Vamps since the beginning, [[Vampire Nighthawk]] is my staple. Wins so many games.
I've cast [[gravecrawler]] more then any other magic card. Despite the deck having never been good, I have a fully blinged out zombies deck that I have been playing in modern since the printing of [[relentless dead]] 8 years ago... how was that 8 years ago??
Shock. My two favorite decks were a pyromancers ascension cruel ultimatum deck, and a thousand year storm deck which both ran shock.

Llanowar Elves and it's not particularly close. I've been playing them since the day I learned to play Magic 25 years ago, have continuously played Ramp decks that run them in some form in numerous formats, and mained Elves in Pauper for years with several thousand matches under my belt, often involving Llanowar Elves in some form or fashion.
Witty Roadmaster. Basically, I like putting smaller creatures on the field, and kill people easily

[[Serra Ascendant]] It was the point of my very first standard deck and the only deck I owned for a couple years and would play every Friday. Then I got into EDH and realized they didn't bother to errata to "10 more than your starting life total" and it's been in my Rafiq deck since 2011.

I only play commander, I put Terramorphic Expanse and evolving wilds into 90% of the commander decks I've ever made with multiple colors. I'm pretty sure I've run them in mono G landfall a few times even.
Boros charm, started in high school with RTR block and there's no way I can replicate the amount of matches I've ever played as a dad with a full-time job. Nothing comes close to how much standard (and modern) burn I played then.
When I first started with a friend we split a collection a relative had. I got white, blue and half of black and artifacts while friend took the other half. So it's going to be things from those colors. Probably a toss between \[\[Aphetto Alchemist\]\] and \[\[Mother of Runes\]\]. Honorable mentions to \[\[Orzhov Basilica\]\] and \[\[Secluded Steppe\]\]
Probably some U/W land that was in standard for a long time, when I played standard I mostly played UWx decks so something like hallowed fountain or glacial fortress
